Quite a name I think you’ll agree? I have already reviewed the Soap & Glory One Heck Of A Blot Face Powder here on my blog, but oh my gosh it’s an incredible powder! After falling in love with it, I decided I wanted to try the other powder products in the Soap & Glory cosmetics range. The first I went for was the Soap & Glory Glow All Out Luminizing Radiance Face Powder £11. If you watch Fleur de Force’s YouTube videos, you will have heard her declare her love for this powder on many of occasions.
Glow All Out is packaged within typical ‘busy’ Soap & Glory packaging, with their kitsch images, and puns a plenty. The compact itself is made from a white cardboard which I can’t say I like. I am a fan of the white colour, as my highlighter,
bronzer and blush draw is a sea of black compacts so this particular compact will be easy to see.
However if you had something leak onto the compact, it would just ruin it? Although One Heck of a Blot is in a plastic compact, so I don’t know why they’ve put this in a cardboard compact. Although they’ve managed to include a mirror within the lid, which is always a handy thing to have.
The powder has Soap & Glory emblazoned across the powder, although it hasn’t lasted very long sadly but it’s a nice
touch considering most face powders are rarely patterned. The compact contains 9g of product, and can be used on the face, neck and shoulders.
Soap & Glory say that the powder features “
LIGHTSCRAMBLE™ Luminospheres Pigment Pearls and extended wear silicone technology”. I love how Soap & Glory conjure up words to describe their products that noone would have a clue of the meaning.
What on earth is ‘Lightscramble’?! As you can see this powder does contain silicone, and they’re almost declaring that the silicone content is a positive in making the product last. However if you prefer to avoid products containing silicone, then this would be one to avoid.
I personally don’t have an issue with them, and if Soap & Glory say that it’s presence in the powder increases longevity within the powder, then bring it on.
The powder is a pale pink champagne colour, that looks incredibly shimmery and daunting in the pan, almost resembling an eyeshadow appearance. This powder feels like silk when you touch it. I cannot even put it into words, it feels so silky smooth… almost like a brush’s bristles would just butcher the powder’s surface.

Look how beautiful this swatch is?! Bearing in mind my skin is pretty much white.. the powder doesn’t leave any colour on the skin as such, and isn’t at all shimmery. It just glows on the skin, and none of my other highlighters give this effect, it’s so unique. Although technically it’s not a ‘highlighter’ it’s a ‘radiance face powder’. Either way, it’s very subtle, meaning you can’t see any visible lines where it begins or finishes – no risk of any unsightly streaks on the face.
There is no glitter within Glow All Out whatsoever, so you could apply this all over your face if you wanted to. I have personally enjoyed applying this to my cheeks and forehead for a
beautiful glow. It’s the type of product you put on, and you instantly feel pretty.. or feel healthy.
It almost brings life to your face, even though it’s just so subtle. I wouldn’t apply bronzer whilst wearing this as I love this powder to be the main feature of my makeup, if I’d applied bronzer I’d just feel a bit overdone? Wear time is pretty admirable for a radiance face powder.. with it still being perfectly visible and intact after 6 hours.
Due to how natural a glow, Glow All Out gives me.. I would use something a little more noticeable for a night out like my MAC Pink Buttercream powder. This powder is just perfect for day to day use, especially as it doesn’t cake up.. so you could apply this over the top of both
foundation and powder without it looking cakey.
I just cannot describe my love for this powder.. if you’re in the UK, you must must must swatch this instore. I guarantee with one swatch, you’ll be simply smitten. I feel like this is a bit of a poor review, as I just can’t put its beauty into words. I’m pretty sure this would look stunning on all skintones, but on my fair skin it looks heavenly without making me look like a disco ball. I didn’t think I could love a face powder more than One Heck Of A Blot but this has topped it, I seriously need the other powders now.
I am loving the Soap & Glory cosmetics line.. can they do no wrong?! Have you tried the Soap & Glory Glow All Out Luminizing Radiance Face Powder?
