I am a massive Macadamia Oil fan. Out of the all the many hair oils I’ve tried, Macadamia Oil is without a doubt my favourite and I’ve built up quite the collection of Macadamia Oil products. When I saw that Amazon were selling the Macadamia Oil No Tangle Spray for only £9.25 instead of £21, I bought it without hesitation as I’ve loved every Macadamia Oil product I’ve tried so far.
Macadamia Oil No Tangle Spray Review
My hair is very long and thick and tangles at the mere mention of the word wind, so I have to use a detangling spray every time I wash my hair.. if I don’t, brushing my hair becomes a very long, laborious and painful task. My favourite detangling spray is any of the Aussie Miracle Leave-In Conditioning Sprays as they’re incredibly lightweight and effective at detangling my hair, without weighing my hair down yet they offer a light level of conditioning too.
Unfortunately I wish I’d stuck with my Aussie spray as this Macadamia Oil No Tangle Spray is really disappointing. Firstly I expected it to have the same amazing scent that all of the Macadamia Oil products have, but it doesn’t and it really doesn’t help detangle my hair whatsoever either.
The spray is more of a cream, which leaves a sticky residue on the hair which is rather unpleasant on freshly washed hair.. and leaves my hair looking dull once dried too. I had such high hopes for this spray, but I’ve been left disappointed that I have had to ditch this spray in favour of my holy grail Aussie Miracle Leave In Conditioner instead which is so affordable but very effective too. I still love the Macadamia Oil brand especially their oil, but this spray just doesn’t do it for me and my hair even if it was super affordable.
