ProActiv Redness Relief Serum Review

ProActiv Redness Relief Serum Review

I’ve only ever tried a few products from the ProActiv range, and whilst my skin isn’t as problematic as it used to be around ten years ago, I still suffer from frequent blemishes. ProActiv products are designed for those with blemish prone skin, and they offer a lot of different products. Some of which don’t necessarily need to be used by those with blemish issues such as the ProActiv Redness Relief Serum £19.99 which is suitable for anyone with redness of the skin.

\”Struggling with red, irritated skin while your blemishes are healing? Here’s an instant rescue: our Redness Relief Serum. Keep this ultra-soothing treatment in your refrigerator-this spa-like gel mask cools on contact, helping to relieve irritation while delivering hydration.”

+ Store in the refrigerator and apply onto clean, damp skin to help soothe and calm redness.

+ Open cap and rotate the roller ball until the arrow is completely over the ON position. Gently roll the stainless steel applicator back-and-forth on the affected area. Lightly squeeze the tube to release a thin layer of serum. + When finished, rotate the roller arrow back to the OFF position and wipe off with a damp cloth.

+ Apply to affected areas or leave the serum on as a facial mask for 10 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

+ Can be used up to three times a week.

The ProActiv Redness Relief Serum is packaged within a white, plastic tube with a metal rollerball which is where the serum dispenses, and you can use the roller to apply the serum to the skin. The rollerball feels incredible on the skin, even if it’s not been kept in the fridge as it’s so cold and soothing which is exactly what you want when you’re skin’s potentially inflamed and uncomfortable.

It feels so pleasant to use, and I love the ritual of rolling the product all over the skin, and it’s quick to use as the rollerball not only dispenses the serum, but the rolling function works the product into the skin. It does make a difference in reducing redness and whilst I don’t suffer from a lot of redness of the skin, it would be amazing for those with perhaps rosacea or similar skin conditions where the skin can become flush, especially when kept in the fridge to intensify the cooling and soothing effects.
