Philosophy Fresh Cream Spray Fragrance
Philosophy is a brand I’ve only really dabbled in thus far, with trying this shower gels but I definitely do want to try more from their range as they’re such a well loved brand. The Philosophy Fresh Cream Spray Fragrance $42 was kindly gifted to me and whilst the scent isn’t something I’d have purchased for myself, I still couldn’t wait to try it as I’d heard so much about the Philosophy fragrances.
“We believe fragrance should make you smell good and feel good, and our Philosophy Fresh Cream Spray Fragrance is no exception. this sweet, delicious fragrance was created to delight your senses and bring you pure joy. fresh cream spray fragrance leaves skin with a delicately sweet scent, guaranteed to draw others closer yet never overwhelm. it can be worn alone or layered with other fresh cream products for a head-to-toe fresh cream scent. you’ll love the way you smell!
this indulging blend of creamy vanilla, sweet macadamia and spun sugar is a delightfully smooth silky treat. enjoy the essence of fresh whipped cream, enhanced by soft floral notes of almond blossom and heliotrope, and decadent vanilla milk and tonka bean.“
The Philosophy Fresh Cream Spray Fragrance is difficult to find here in the UK, but it appears it’s a lot more easy to track down over in the US in the likes of Sephora and Ulta. All of the Philosophy packaging is super sleek yet simplistic, and I like how plain the packaging is on this fragrance. The bottle contains 60ml but I believe they also do a travel friendly 15ml option too.
The scent is nothing like I expected it to be, and to me it doesn’t actually smell like fresh cream. I don’t know if fresh cream is a different thing in the US, but this fragrance smells more like icing on a cream cake, than it does actual cream which to be is not necessarily a bad thing. It’s very sweet and won’t be for everyone, but it’s definitely a scent I think those in their late teens and early twenties would appreciate the most.
It doesn’t smell like anything else I’ve tried, and whilst it’s very sweet, it is lightweight so it’s never overpowering or cloying on those around you. I would love to try more of the Philosophy spray fragrances, as the Philosophy Fresh Cream Spray Fragrance lasts really well on the skin and I think it would last even longer if you layered it with the matching shower gel from the range.
