Vichy Aqualia Thermal Dynamic Serum

5th April 2015

If you’re a regular reader of my blog, I can imagine you’re sick of me complaining about my dry skin but it’s my biggest skin concern and really affects my confidence on a daily basis. My skin is both dry and dehydrated, with noticeable dry patches on my cheeks and forehead, which look horrid when I wear foundation so I’m always on the look out for products that can improve my skin’s texture and appearance. The Vichy Aqualia Thermal Dynamic Serum claims to hydrate, soothe and deeply fortify the skin to leave it feeling refreshed and velvety-soft without any tightness.

The serum is unique as it is said to improve the diffusion of moisture into the surface of the skin, so it feels replenished with water as if continuously hydrated by misting micro-sprays.

The packaging is really sleek, with a blue glass bottle and a silver pump which dispenses enough for both my face and neck. The serum itself a milky coloured and slightly runny which massages into the skin almost instantly and feels as if I’m massaging water into my skin as it’s just so incredibly lightweight and doesn’t leave any residue on my fingertips or skin.
After the serum has absorbed, it leaves my skin feeling so velvety soft and smooth; even my dry patches. This is such a bold statement to make but this is definitely the most effective serum I’ve used.. it imparts both moisture and comfort that lasts throughout the day, and I’ve genuinely noticed a slight improvement in the dryness of my skin. If you have dry skin like myself, I cannot recommend this serum enough and I’m now desperate to try the rest of the Vichy Aqualia range as I’ve been so impressed by the results of the Dynamic Serum.
