When it comes to makeup, we all have one product that we hate to go without albeit blusher, lipstick or mascara.. my product is eyeliner, and I really don’t feel like myself unless I’m wearing some type of eyeliner. For the last few months I’d been on the hunt for a super fine eyeliner brush that I could use to create very fine eyeliner and perfect yet precise wings. After researching eyeliner brushes, I read a lot of rave reviews on the Louise Young liner brushes which is a brand I’d never tried previously. BeautyBay sell a massive selection of Louise Young brushes, and I opted for the Louise Young Superfine Liner Brush LY24A as it’s one of the finest brushes they do and I saw Pixiwoo use it in their Eyeliner Masterclass Video and it looked amazing.
The Louise Young LY24A Brush has natural Sable bristles which have been shaped into the most precise, fine tip. The bristles are of amazing quality and are very smooth so the brush glides across my eyelids so smoothly without skipping.
I really like that the bristles don’t splay and that they’re tightly packed enough for a precise line, but the bristles are flexible enough to move over the contours of the eye without any stiffness. This brush is hands down the best eyeliner brush I’ve ever used.. it makes lining my eyes so quick and easy, and it gives the most amazing, sharp winged liner.

Not only is it an absolute gem for eyeliner, it’s also fantastic for using with Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade as I can draw feather-like strokes through my brows for a very natural look. I love this brush so much that I’ve already bought a backup so I can use it for both eyeliner and my brows and I’d wholeheartedly recommend the Louise Young LY24A for anyone that uses gel liner or brow creams of any kind.
I really want to try some more Louise Young brushes so if you have any recommendations, I’d love for you to comment below…
