For Spring and Summer, Ted Baker have launched their beautiful Sugar Sweet Collection which consists of a range of products in the choice of two scents, inspired by their most popular prints; Fruity Floral Mint and Soft Floral Pink. The range is particularly exciting as it contains a number of gift ideas which you’d normally only see at Christmas, so this collection is just perfect for Birthday gifts. I really think more brands should offer gift sets all year round and not only at Christmas, so I think this new collection will be prove to be very popular indeed. I have the Ted Baker Pink Beauty Bag Gift Set from the Sugar Sweet Collection which retails for £25, and is incredibly pretty.
The Ted Baker Pink Beauty Bag Gift Set is packaged within an amazing, large vanity case which features the beautiful Ted Baker pastel watercolour print. On the front of the case there is a lovely little bow, and the case has a rose gold zip complete with enamel and rose gold ‘T’s for the zip pulls.
The case alone in my opinion is worth £25, so I think it’s fantastic that it includes three full size products inside too. The inside of the vanity case is lined with a neon peach lining, and there’s even a Ted Baker branded mirror within the lid of the case so it’d be perfect for storing your makeup inside. The case is a sturdy box, but it is covered in a satin material which looks and feels really luxurious.
The three products within the Ted Baker Pink Beauty Bag Gift Set are scented with grapefruit, mandarin, mango, neroli, jasmine, patchouli and musk which makes for a stunning, fruity and sweet fragrance which isn’t sickly in the slightest.
It feels light and fresh, and when I use the Body Wash, followed by the Soufflé and Body Mist, I find that the scent lasts a lot longer due to the layering and I can still smell the body mist five or six hours later.
The first product within the box is a 300ml Ted Baker Body Soufflé which you can purchase individually for £10 at alone. The consistency is like a whipped body butter, and is very nourishing on the skin which I particularly like using on my legs post-shave to keep them moisturised and soft.
The 200ml Ted Baker Body Wash is £8 to purchase individually, and is a lightweight gel that isn’t the most moisturising shower gel I’ve used, but it’s fine if you follow up with a body lotion or the Body Soufflé afterwards to keep your skin moisturised.
The last product in the set is a 150ml Ted Baker Body Spray is £7, and is my favourite product from the trio. The Body Spray is so lovely, and I am finding myself favouring it over perfumes on hot days as it’s so light and fruity.. I would definitely repurchase this when it runs out, and I would love the Mint Body Spray from the collection as it sounds equally lovely.
I think this set is incredible value for £25, especially when you consider the three products cost £25 on their own.. and you’re getting an amazing Ted Baker vanity case included too.
