Feelunique Beauty Haul

Feelunique is my favourite beauty website as they have such an incredible range of brands; which they’re adding to all the time, so more often than not, I end up placing an order (or two) whenever I’m in the beauty spending mood especially when they have a sale or discount code in circulation. Luckily for me, it was my birthday at the beginning of July so I used some of my birthday money to purchase some new beauty treats that I’d been lusting after, and share them in a Feelunique Beauty Haul.

Makeup wise, I have wanted the new theBalm Nude Dude Palette ever since I saw that it had launched as I love the original theBalm Nude Tude Palette, but the shades are quite warm in tone and I typically prefer cooler toned shadows so I knew I had to get the Nude Dude and it’s even more beautiful in real life. I also got another new release from theBalm.. their Balm Desert Bronzer/Blush.. which is so unlike anything in my blush and bronzer collection, as it’s a rosy-toned bronze with a fade resistant formula.

I bought the Urban Decay De-Slick Makeup Setting Spray as I do suffer with a lot of shine due to the rich moisturisers I use, so I wanted to give it a try to see if it could help mattify the shine and prolong my makeup. Also I got a new Urban Decay Revolution High-Color Lipgloss in the shade Failbait which is such a stunning pink. Lastly, I got a product I’ve been coveting for such a long time but it’s always out of stock.. the Topshop Beauty Glow Pot in Polished, which is a beautiful cream highlighter.

I bought the Mavala Nail Polish Thinner on a bit of a whim as I’ve got a few gloopy polishes which are so hard to use, so I thought that this might be the perfect solution – if it works that is.. I’m looking forward to giving it a try. The next two items are hair repurchases.. the Bed Head After Party and Paul Mitchell The Conditioner – both are products I’ve repurchased numerous times, and absolutely swear by. I bought one last hair product, and that is a miniature of the new John Frieda Sea Waves Sea Salt Spray as I love using salt sprays so I was intrigued to see what this one was like, and I loved that it was available in such a travel friendly size.

I am such a huge fan of Prada fragrances, and I’d fallen in love with Prada Candy after getting a sample in a magazine, and I’ve lusted after the full size ever since. The Prada fragrances are quite pricey, but they’ve recently introduced these 20ml ‘collectors edition’ sizes of the Prada Candy range so I thought it was the perfect size for my handbag but it’s still pretty expensive at £28 for just 20ml but it’s so worth it – it’s a gorgeous fragrance.

The next item is a little boring in comparison and is the Garnier Oil Beauty Oil-Infused Nourishing Lotion, which I’d seen feature on quite a few blogs over the last four months so I decided I’d give it a try as my skin on my legs has become so dry and I loved that the bottle has a pump, as it makes application so much easier. I also got the L’Occitane Almond Shower Oil, which I wanted ever since I read Jo’s review back in December – I cannot wait to try this, as it smells divine and my skin needs all of the moisture it can get.

The last purchase in my Feelunique Beauty Haul were all skincare based, as my skin has been going through a real rough patch lately. I had a sample of the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Rich in a previous beauty box and I loved it so I decided to purchase the full size, especially as the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Serum is so good. I bought the Vichy Normaderm Hyaluspot as it was part of their skincare promotion they had going at the time, and it had some positive reviews so I figured it was worth a shot seeing as I’ve never been disappointed by a Vichy product before.

My mum was given the Garnier Perfect Blur Smoothing Perfecting Primer for Mother’s Day by my brother, and she absolutely loves it, and it takes a lot to impress her so I decided to give it a try myself, and it was on sale for £8.65 for 30ml instead of its normal price of £12.99. The last two items are so hyped within the blogging community and so I finally bit the bullet and purchased them; the Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask and the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads – I can’t wait to try them both and see if they’re worthy of the hype.

I really hope you enjoyed reading about the beauty treats I’ve recently picked up within my Feelunique Beauty Haul. I’d love to know your thoughts if you’ve tried any of these products that I’ve bought, and if there’s anything/s in particular you’d like me to review for you…
