Recently, I tried my very first Kiehls product; the Kiehls Midnight Recovery Concentrate and I really was impressed and couldn’t wait to try something else from the highly coveted brand. The Kiehls Powerful Strength Line Reducing Concentrate is clinically demonstrated to visibly decrease the appearance of lines and wrinkles including brow, forehead marionette and lip lines, as well as improving skin firmness, texture and the appearance of pores.
It also provides anti-oxidant protection and exfoliates skin to reveal healthier-looking skin, with an impressive ‘Healthy Skin Promise’ where Kiehls guarantee you’ll see healthier, more revitalised skin in 28 days or you’ll get your money back.
The Kiehls Powerful Strength Line Reducing Concentrate is packaged within a brown plastic bottle, with a pump. I really like the pump on the bottle as it has great control, so you can dispense as much or as little as you want without unnecessary wastage which is essential with a product which costs £49.
I find that I only need to dispense a grain of rice sized amount of the cream for each eye, as it’s incredibly rich and I find that a little goes a long way so I can only imagine that this 50ml bottle will last for a very long time. It takes a few minutes for the cream to fully absorb, but once it has, it doesn’t cause any issues for my concealer or foundation but I do prefer to use it as part of my evening skincare routine as it is so rich, but I like that I can use it during the day should I want to.
Kiehls Powerful Strength Line Reducing Concentrate – £49
I don’t suffer with fine lines or wrinkles yet, but prevention is most definitely than cure so this cream is perfect as it’s so incredibly rich, and I definitely notice how plumping it it on the skin around my eyes especially which I imagine would work wonders on those with fine lines.
The texture of the skin around my eyes is a little uneven and dry, but this cream has definitely improved the texture thanks to it containing 10.5% of pure vitamin C – my skin feels so much smoother, and refined which makes my concealer sit better around my eyes without creasing or settling into dry patches.
I’ve been really impressed by this Concentrate, and love using it with my Midnight Recovery Concentrate as they’re both so nourishing and they will both be a godsend with the seasons changing, to keep my skin as hydrated and healthy as possible.
