Glossybox November 2015 Unboxing and First Impressions
It’s time for me to introduce the November Glossybox, and the theme for this month is Lipstick to Lashes which I think is quite fitting as we’re nearly in the official party season, and we have three full size products this month. I really like that the November box is makeup centric for once, as most months are all about the skincare but this box is definitely for the makeup addicts which is perfect for me as I much prefer to receive makeup products than skincare products inside my beauty boxes.
Firstly we have a set of the Eylure Naturalites Natural Volume False Lashes worth £5.29, although these are in the old packaging so I’m guessing they’re old stock as Eylure had a total rebrand at the beginning of this year.
These lashes are super lightweight, and natural so they’re perfect for those who don’t like a dramatic lash. Eylure is my favourite brand for synthetic lashes, as they’re so budget friendly and they have so many different designs to choose from.
Next up we have the MUA Undressed Eyeshadow Palette worth £4 which is something I used to own at least six years ago, but I’ve definitely become more a fan of Makeup Revolution’s palettes than I have MUA as they’re just better quality but I like that this palette is an all neutral palette as it’ll work for everyone.
The next item in the Glossybox November 2015 box is a full size Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in the shade Fire and Ice and worth £7.99, which is a gorgeous orangey red shade. I love Revlon’s lipsticks as they’re so creamy and pigmented, so I’m really excited to add this shade to my collection.
Then we have a 15ml tube of the Emite Makeup Diamond Heart Illuminating Base Primer worth £16. Emite Makeup featured in the August Glossybox too, where we got one of their blushes but Emite Makeup is a Swedish makeup brand.
This primer is described as being lightweight, and claims to make the skin look radiant, smooth and even toned. The primer has quite a strong pinky tone to it, but it does blend into the skin beautifully, and it leaves my skin feeling so smooth and radiant.
The last product in the box is the Royal Apothic Moisturising Body Creme 35ml worth £2.87. I’ve never heard of Royal Apothic before, but they’re stocked at SpaceNK. The packaging of this body lotion is really lovely, and traditional with a textured cardboard box.
This lotion not only moisturises the skin with olive oil and vitamins A and E, but it also exfoliates thanks to lactic acid. I’ looking forward to trying this cream, as it smells really nice and I’ve read some great reviews.
