The Soap and Glory The Wheel Deal Gift Set is one of my favourite Christmas gift sets this year, and it’s another budget friendly offering at just £16. The Soap and Glory The Wheel Deal Gift Set is a large circular gift box, with six clear plastic domed windows to reveal the products inside, which includes a 200ml version of the Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Polish and five 50ml pots of the five Soap & Glory body butters.
I really love the Soap & Glory Body Butters but they’re quite pricey in the full size, and they last forever and I do find that I get bored quickly when it comes to scents so this Soap and Glory The Wheel Deal Gift Set is the most perfect gift set for someone as fickle as myself, as I can chop and change my body butter scent to suit my mood and preference.
The Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Polish 200ml (worth £5.33) is described as being a superhero-strength skin smoothing body exfoliator with shea butter, sweet almond oil, peach seed powder, sea salt and sugar. To use the scrub, you simply dampen your skin in the shower/bath and then scoop a small amount of the scrub and massage it into the skin in circular motion to buff the skin until the granules within the scrub have nearly gone.
It is a very strongly scented scrub, so if you don’t like heavy scented bath and body products then this is most definitely not for you, but I personally love it. The scent is supposedly a concoction of ‘leafy greens, bergamot and mandarin, with floral and fruity middle notes, and a soft, sexy, musk, oakmoss, amber and woody drydown’ which I think describes it pretty well, but it’s a skin lingering scent so I tend to use it in the evenings rather than the mornings, and it leaves my skin feeling seriously smooth.
The Soap and Glory The Wheel Deal Gift Set contains; Smoothie Star Lightly Whipped Body Buttercream, The Righteous Butter Body Moisturiser, Sugar Crush Body Buttercream, Orangeasm Super Rich Body Butter and Butter Yourself Super Rich Body Cream.
I think the presentation of this Soap and Glory The Wheel Deal set is gorgeous, and as it’s so big, it just looks like a generous gift which is pretty good going for a £16 gift set although I imagine it’d be a nightmare to wrap, but you could always get away without wrapping it as it has a pretty Soap & Glory ribbon around the outside. I really want to reuse the box, but I’m not sure how just yet.
Each of the 50ml pots contain a really decent amount of cream so you can fully try all five scents if you haven’t already, and they’re the ideal size for taking away on holiday or weekends away. My favourite Soap & Glory scents are Smoothie Star and Sugar Crush, but I love being able to alternative the pots.
I particularly like using the richer formulations such as Smoothie Star Lightly Whipped Body Buttercream or the Butter Yourself Super Rich Body Cream on my legs as they’re so rich, which is perfect after shaving but they’re all super nourishing especially during the Winter months.
