Last year was the year where I fell in love with the Juicy Couture fragrances, and after purchasing the Juicy Couture Fragrance Duo Rollerball on sale from Fragrance Direct, I knew I had to purchase the full size of the Juicy Couture Couture La La Eau de Parfum end as it smelt amazing. I bought my Juicy Couture Couture La La Eau de Parfum 30ml bottle from All Beauty for only £16.45 which is such an amazing price as it’s better than half price.
Juicy Couture Couture La La Eau de Parfum is described as being a punk-rock more up to date version of the original Juicy Couture fragrance. Notes wise, the top notes consist of fruity mandarin, green apple and redcurrant, with heart notes of lily of the valley, orange blossom and violet leaves. Finally the base notes are sensual musk accords.
I think the Couture La La bottle is really pretty, and although it won’t appeal to everyone, I love how gaudy it is. The bottle features the Juicy Couture logo on the front, and the neck of the bottle has a super bright pink satin bow, with an embellished chain which hangs down onto the bottle. I really like the packaging of the Juicy Couture bottle as they’re all so girly and the bottles are quite similar in their design.
I would describe the Couture La La Eau de Parfum as being a sweet and fruity fragrance with a zesty citrus twist and it’s definitely going to be my go-to fragrance this Spring as it’s so lightweight. Sadly it’s not particularly long wearing, with the scent fading within four to five hours and considering this is an eau de parfum, I would expect it to have a greater longevity but it doesn’t put me off wearing it as it’s such a lovely scent. I’d describe Couture La La as being a younger scent which I personally love, but I know my Mum wouldn’t like it but for me it’s perfect for daily wear as it’s so fresh, fruity and uplifting.
Have you ever tried any of the Juicy Couture fragrances? Which is your favourite?
