Kiko is a brand which I tried for the first time in 2015, and I was really impressed by what I tried so I decided I wanted to try more of their products so I took advantage of their current sale and free shipping offer on their website. The only ‘downside’ from ordering on the Kiko website is that you have to have a minimum basket of £25 to be able to place an order, but the orders are shipped from Italy and pretty quickly too which surprised me. Here are the items I ordered within my Kiko Makeup Haul..
I am an eyeshadow addict, so it’s no surprise that I purchased mostly eyeshadow products but I did buy one of their blushes too – so here’s my Kiko Makeup Haul…
Firstly I bought two of the Kiko Metallic Shine Eyeshadows in the shades Charming Sage and Dynamic Taupe which were on offer for £3.40 each, and I really wish I’d ordered all six shades as these are amazing.
They’re described as being creamy powder eyeshadows, but to me they feel like a cream shadow and they apply to the lid like a cream too. Charming Sage is a beautiful shimmery khaki green, and Dynamic Taupe is a lilacy silver shade and they’re just unbelievably pretty and I hope they’re not discontinuing them as they’re so good.
Next I got two of the Kiko Cream Crush Eyeshadows in the shades 03 Mat Light Mahogany and 04 Mat Taupe which were 50% off any just £3.40 each.
Both shades look like they’d make for good eyeshadow bases, but I do like using matte cream shadows on their own too on the days where I want minimal makeup. The quality of these shadows are also impressive, and they’re easy to apply and blend onto the lids. I would love some more shades of these too, as they have such a lovely formula.
I already have three of the Kiko Long Lasting 8 Hour No-Transfer Eyeshadow Sticks (ridiculously long name I know) and I adore them, so I wanted to add a couple more shades to my collection and again they were half price at just £3.40 each. If you’ve never tried these Kiko Eyeshadow Sticks before, you *need* to as they’re incredible and they last all day long without creasing, smudging or fading.
I got the shades 05 Rosy Brown and 35 Pearly Calypso Rose, and they’re both really pretty although Pearly Calypso Rose looks a little too Barbie for my liking but I’ll definitely give it a try and see if I can pull it off.
The blush I bought is the Kiko Soft Touch Blush in the shade 109 Candy Rose, which was half price at only £3.70. After trying this blush, I am seriously kicking myself for not purchasing more of the Kiko face products as it’s such a beautiful blush in terms of texture and quality.
Candy Rose is a pretty, light pink with a blue undertone and I’ve worn it daily since I got it as I love it so much. The packaging is so nice too for a budget product.
So they are all of my new Kiko purchases within my Kiko Makeup Haul.. I am so happy with everything I bought, and I just wish I’d bought more as their products are so good. I’d love to hear any Kiko product recommendations, if you have any?
