Beauty Lust List February 2016
There are so many amazing new beauty releases which are being launched right now, which I’m currently coveting so I decided to compile my Beauty Lust List February 2016 which I may do on a monthly basis as I love reading which products bloggers are lusting after. I find January, February and March to be quite boring on the new beauty front but this year is proving to be different with lots of exciting new releases.
The Too Faced Peanut and Jelly Eyeshadow Palette (it’ll be £27) hasn’t launched in the UK yet but it’s supposed to launch on the 28th of February and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. It looks like such a beautiful palette, with gorgeous warm tones and the packaging is adorable too.
YSL Black Opium Nuit Blanche Eau de Parfum £45 is the newest fragrance launch from YSL, and is described as being a rock ‘n roll interpretation of the original Black Opium fragrance. The new fragrance sounds stunning, and I love packaging with the silver sequins and rose gold cap.
YSL Touche Eclat Le Teint Foundation £32.50 recently launched and I’m dying to try it as I liked the original formula, and the new formula supposedly has better coverage and staying power. The shade BR10 is my perfect shade and I’ll definitely be purchasing this very soon.
Urban Decay X Gwen Stefani Blush Palette is sitting at the top of my beauty wishlist right now. I bought the eyeshadow palette and I absolutely love it, so I definitely need the blush palette as it’s such good value at £35 for six generously sized blushers.
I am already a big fan of the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfectors £18, but Clarins recently launched two new shades; Plum Shimmer and Toffee Shimmer, and I’m particularly loving the look of the Toffee Shimmer shade as it’s so pretty, and the formula is really comfortable on the lips.
Next up is the Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Collection which is £38.50 but worth £69.75, and contains four Elemis products. I’ve not tried very much from Elemis before so I think this set would be perfect and it’s such good value too.
NARS have just launched a new eyeshadow palette; the NARS NARSissist Palette £55 which contains twelve eyeshadows which are all very wearable, and I love the NARS eyeshadow formula so I know I’d really like this palette. I particularly like that four of the shades are larger within the palette, as they’re the shades I’d potentially use most often.
The new Makeup Forever HD Concealer £21.50 has been getting a lot of praise lately and I’d really like to give it a go. I wasn’t impressed with their old formulation, but the new one is supposedly considerably better with a little going a long way too. I really like the squeezy tube packaging as you can control how much or how little you need to use, and it’s more hygienic than a doe-foot applicator.
The last item on my wishlist is the only product which isn’t a new release, but one I love the look of all the same… the Burberry Light Glow Blush in the shade Peony £29. I’ve never tried any of the Burberry Blushes before but they sound lovely, and the packaging is just stunning.
So they are all of the products I’m currently coveting on my Beauty Lust List February 2016 wishlist. I’d love to know which products are on your beauty wishlist right now?
