When it comes to handbags, I have zero self control as I’m obsessed with gorgeous bags and feel like I’m the exception to the rule as I’d rather spend money on purses and handbags than I would shoes. I have a pretty huge bag collection, but never have I seen an handbag which can charge your mobile phone until I discovered the H Butler Mighty Purse Power Bank Envelope Clutch £94.95. H Butler is an American fashion brand which was started by an husband and wife duo, and now you can purchase the H Butler handbags on the House of Fraser website so you can skip any surprise nasty customs fees which is music to my ears.
The H Butler Mighty Purse Power Bank Envelope Clutch is available in a very impressive range of styles and colour ways, and I’m not ashamed to admit I love me some leopard print, so I obviously plumped for the gorgeous Leopard Print style and I absolutely love it.
Let’s talk about its H Butler Mighty Purse Power Bank Envelope Clutch qualities to start with.. The bag features a beautiful genuine black leather, and pony fur design with gold hardware. The leather is so buttery soft, and I really love the contrast of the soft, grainy leather against the texture of the pony fair.
The bag comes with a wrist strap so you can use the bag as a clutch, but it also comes with a lovely cross body strap which has a gold chain on each sides which meets the black leather strap which is easily adjustable. The bag closes with an magnetic fastening, and there’s a zip which keeps the contents safe and secure inside the bag.
Inside the bag there’s a zip pocket, as well as some leather lined card holder slots with the power pack inside which secures itself with two gold poppers but you can choose to take the power pack out completely and just use the bag as a normal handbag should you wish to.
I honestly think the H Butler Mighty Purse Power Bank Envelope Clutch is a gorgeous bag without even taking into account it’s mobile phone charging abilities; it’s so incredibly well made and it feels so comfortable to wear.
The power pack part of the bag is a long and slim cotton covered unit which is very thin so it takes up very minimal room but obviously due to the nature of the item, it does add a little weight to the bag, but I wouldn’t say it was heavy, I would describe it as being like you’re carrying two iPhone’s weight wise but as it’s so slim, it doesn’t take up very much room in the bag at all.
The unit features a zip along the top which houses the USB charger to charger the power pack which you can plug into your laptop/computer or a USB mains plug, and the bottom of the unit has the wire which slots into your phone’s charging point.
The H Butler Mighty Purse Power Bank Envelope Clutch will charge any micro USB device, and the bag contains a certified Apple adapter which fits the iPhone 5/6 which is really handy. The power pack has a 4000mAh capability which is said to charge a smartphone upto two times which is ideal if you’re out and about for the day, as my iPhone 6’s battery is just awful.
The front of the cotton unit has a little leather lined window which houses the LED power indicator, and it has an auto power on facility so there’s nothing to turn on/off. It really is such a beautiful bag which has been so well made, and the fact that it can charge my phone is just an amazing added bonus and I get compliments everytime I use the handbag. I am now eyeing up the Black Studded Mighty Purse as it’s also a gorgeous bag.
