Vincent Longo Cosmetics is a luxurious beauty brand which pride themselves on their luxurious, high performance formulas and have won numerous beauty awards. The Vincent Longo products are currently stocked at Nordstrom in the US, but the exciting news is that they’re launching over here in the UK in September at Cult Beauty and I have a selection of their products which I’ve had the pleasure of using so I can feature some of their products here on my blog prior to their launch to hopefully give you an idea of the quality you can expect from the brand. The first of my products is the Vincent Longo Morning Glory Pearl X Eyeshadow which contains 3 grams of product, packaged within a black plastic circular compact with a mirror within the lid.
Vincent Longo describes their Pearl X Eyeshadows as the following;
Sophisticated, multi-textured eye shadow delivers shades of matte and shimmer that effortlessly blend and shift as you apply. Can be used for shading, highlighting, and lining the eyes for a soft, natural application or a sexy, smoky look.
The Vincent Longo Morning Glory Pearl X Eyeshadow has the most beautiful, marbelised design which is described as a shimmering deep mauve which it is when you blend all of the colours together, but in the pan there is lilac, gold, purple and brown. The shadow is visually the prettiest shadow I’ve ever seen.. it really is stunning, and I really hated having to touch the design with a brush to use it but alas I had to.
When blending the colours together, it creates the prettiest taupey lilac shimmer which is best applied with a dense eyeshadow brush. I love taupe based eyeshadows, so this shade couldn’t be more perfect as it truly is a gorgeous colour and I like to wear it with a matte grey within the crease for a very quick and easy eyeshadow look. I’m so impressed with my first try of Vincent Longo and it makes me excited to try more from the brand if this eyeshadow is anything to go by.
Have you ever tried anything from Vincent Longo before?
