Eylure Brow Tools
Eylure are very much known for their lashes but they recently launched an extensive range of brow products which have received rave reviews from the bloggersphere and I couldn’t wait to try them for myself. In addition to the brow products, there a range of Eylure Brow Tools which are stocked in Boots; three of which I have to show you today.
Kicking off with the Eylure Taking Shape Brow Stencils £4.95 which contain four different brow shape stencils which are made from thick transparent plastic and allow you to hold one over your brow to guide you on where to apply your brow product according to the stencil shape. The pack contains different levels of arches so you should be able to find an arch to suit your brow shape.
In all honesty, I’ve never really been a fan of eyebrow stencils as I’ve never been able to make them work for me which I guess is down to me having naturally bolder brows. If you do like using brow stencils, I think you’d like these as they’re decent enough quality but I just can’t make them work for me.
The tool I was most intrigued with was the Eylure Brow and Lash Slanted Tip Tweezers with Comb £12.59 as I’ve never seen a tweezer combined with another tool. The tweezers are made from a navy blue metal with slanted tips for tweezing and a comb for tidying the brows post tweeze session.
I like the tweezers as they’re super effective at catching the hairs without snapping them but sadly the comb isn’t particularly great as the teeth are quite chunky so they don’t comb the hairs very well but I still think they’re worthy of the price for the quality of the tweezers.
The last of the Eylure Brow Tools I have to show you is the Eylure and Brow Wand Duo £6.50 which I feel is a little pricey for an angled brush and spoolie, especially when you consider the Anastasia Beverly Hills #12 Brush is £14 and in my opinion is much better quality than this brush. The bristles on this brush are quite long and stiff so they work well for the brows but you could use it for eyeliner too should you wish to. I feel that a spoolie is a spoolie and it performs just like any spoolie but you can never have too many spoolies..
Overall I think these Eylure Brow Tools are good, but I do feel that they’re overpriced compared to the likes of Anastasia Beverly Hills’ brow tool range but if there was a 3 for 2 offer on the range, they might be worth a try if you’re on the hunt for some new brow tools.
