La Roche Posay Toleriane 3 Step System

I was recently set a challenge by the La Roche Posay PR team where they wanted to send me the new La Roche Posay Toleriane 3 Step System £22.50 alongside a lockable box, which I had to use to ‘lock’ away my other skincare products and attempt to just use the three step skincare system. I’ve tried a lot of the La Roche Posay product ranges, including the La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra Eye Contour and La Roche Posay Toleriane Ultra Intense Soothing Care Face and Eyes which I tested as part of the Allergy UK’s national Allergy Awareness Week (here). My skin is very dry and dehydrated, but it’s also extremely sensitive, and I suffer from contact dermatitis where my skin can blister when using products my skin reacts to.

The La Roche Posay Toleriane 3 Step System contains three skincare products from the Toleriane range which is specifically formulated to soothe and hydrate sensitive, reactive skin, and is clinically proven to make skin less sensitive day after day. The La Roche Posay Toleriane 3 Step System is an extremely simple and easy to follow skincare routine, and the box comes with detailed instructions on how to use the products to get the best results. I have been a big fan of the La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water for years now as I find it to be very effective at soothing my skin, especially after a flare-up and it also works well when used over my makeup to reduce any cakeiness, and pep up my skin throughout the day.

During the week of using these three products, I found that my sensitivity was almost non-existent as the formulas are so gentle and I think this range would be ideal for those with rosacea or eczema when suffering with a flare-up as it really is incredibly gentle yet effective at looking after the skin.

Due to how dry my skin is, I did find that I needed to introduce an intensive moisturiser into the routine for both the mornings and evenings as the Toleriane Ultra Serum wasn’t nourishing enough but I imagine it’d work wonders for those with normal skin types as these three products really do offer all that you’d need from your skincare in just three simple steps.
