Sleek MakeUP Goodnight Sweetheart i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette Review / Swatches
I have been collecting the Sleek i-Divine Eyeshadow Palettes for around five years now so I’ve built up quite a big collection. I always get excited whenever Sleek launch a new palette, but I only ever buy palettes which I’d wear as sometimes they create palettes which are way out of my comfort zone; typically the super colourful palettes, but I snap up all of their neutral palettes as their eyeshadow formula is amazing especially for the price.
When I first started purchasing the Sleek i-Divine Palettes they were £6.99 each, and they increased to £7.99 around three years ago and remained at that price until recently when they increased the price to £8.99 which is still obviously an affordable price for a twelve pan eyeshadow palette but I’m not sure I’d continue to purchase them if they were to go any higher as the Makeup Revolution palettes are on par in terms of quality (sometimes MUR are even better) and they’re cheaper too but for now, I’m happy to pay £8.99.
I’m always more inclined to purchase their palettes when they’re limited edition so when they launched a few new limited edition palettes as part of their Autumn/Winter collection, I swiftly placed an order on their website and my absolute favourite is this palette, the Sleek MakeUP Goodnight Sweetheart i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette £8.99 – it really is a thing of beauty, and I’d recommend snapping it up ASAP if you can as it will sell out quickly as it’s seriously beautiful.
Lose yourself in sumptuous romantic evenings; embrace the cosy warmth of dinner by candlelight and seductive nights by the fire. Create alluring looks with warm, rich shades including smouldering dusky rose, deep plum and iridescent shimmers.
The Sleek MakeUP Goodnight Sweetheart i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette contains twelve circular pans within the typical black, matte plastic casing with the palettes’ name written in pink on the front. I really appreciate it when Sleek writes the palette names on the front as otherwise, you just can’t tell them apart unless you read the back and/or look inside to see the shades.
I do think the packaging is a little plain yet sleek and the i-Divine Palettes always contain a dual-ended sponge tip applicator which I don’t mind using for packing on foiled shadows. The palette contains a lovely mix of matte, shimmer and satin shades as well as a stunning duochrome on the bottom row…
Seduction – a beautiful taupe shimmer containing silver shimmer particles.
Velvet Wrap – a warm shimmery deep copper.
Romance – a plummy toned brown matte.
Lingerie – a pale white gold shimmer.
Dusk – a light bronze shimmer.
L.O.V.E – a light shimmery copper.
By The Fireside – a satin warm brown.
Hold Me Tight – a matte grey toned brown.
Sweet Dreams – a shimmery medium brown with rose gold shimmer particles.
Love Is In The Air – a lilac toned taupe satin.
Snuggle – an amazing dark reddy brown with a green duochrome shift which doesn’t translate well in this swatch, but I assure you it’s there.
Sleeping Beauty – a grey toned brown which has a slight khaki tone to it.
I love, love, LOVE this Sleek MakeUP Goodnight Sweetheart i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette. Every single shadow within this palette is amazingly pigmented, smooth, creamy and of high quality which are easy to apply and blend with little to no fall out. There is not one disappointing shade within the palette in my opinion and I am so glad I bought this palette as it’s hands down my favourite Sleek Palette of all time.
I love the shades as they’re neutral but they’re not the normal browns you’d get in a neutral palette and there’s a good range of warm and cool toned shades. The quality of the Sleek MakeUP Goodnight Sweetheart i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette is genuinely on par with the likes of Too Faced and Urban Decay and I wholeheartedly recommend it as it’s simply amazing…..
