I featured the amazing Look Incredible May Deluxe Beauty Box here on my blog, and today I have the Look Incredible May Standard Beauty Box to show you which is another amazing box. Look Incredible really are the best beauty box I’ve ever tried by far, and I’m yet to be disappointed by any of their boxes and I love that don’t include tiny little samples within their boxes like most beauty box brands as the Look Incredible boxes always contain full size products. Look Incredible have two boxes each month for you to choose from; the Standard Box which is £25 per month and the Deluxe Box which is £35 and every month the two boxes contain five full sized products from very well known brands. One of my biggest bugbears with Birchbox is that they constantly include their own branded products and the products which feature within the Look Incredible boxes can be purchased through their online store too. The Look Incredible May Standard Beauty Box is £25 and contains £84 worth of products – just wow..
The first product in the box is the Lord & Berry Magic Brow Pencil in the shade Wonderful worth £14. This pencil is very unique as it’s a marbelised pencil which consists of three different colours, with a spoolie on the opposite end. Lord & Berry is repeated so often within beauty boxes but I’ve never seen this product before in any beauty box which I like, and I can’t wait to try it as I’ve never tried a marbelised eyebrow pencil before.
Then we have the Nails Inc Prince’s Square Nail Polish worth £15 which is a shade I’ve never seen before. I love the Nails Inc polishes in the newer, squared bottles as the formula is so much better than those in the old cylindrical bottles and the brush is much better too as it’s a nice, thin yet wide brush which covers the nail in only two strokes. Prince’s Square is a beautiful muted pink which I will definitely get a lot of wear out of as it’s such a wearable shade.
I am really excited about the next item as it’s a brand new launch from Ciaté, so it’s amazing that it’s included within this month’s box. It’s the Ciaté Glow To Illuminating Blush in the shade Pinch Me worth £22. These blushes are absolutely gorgeous with a marbelised blush and highlighter design to offer both colour and illuminating to the skin and they really do remind me of the Hourglass Blushes. Pinch Me is the prettiest peachy pink blush with a pale golden highlighter mixed in. It’s so rare to get new releases in beauty boxes so it’s very exciting that Look Incredible are treating us to one of the blushes within this month’s box.
The next product we have is very luxurious; the Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Liquid Lip Potion worth £21 (Look Incredible quote this as being £17 but it’s £21 to purchase) – I can’t quite believe that we have Estée Lauder within the box. I’ve never tried the Pure Color Envy Liquid Lip Potion formula before but I’ve read some really rave reviews on the high-intensity colour with its moisture-rich formula that glides on in one effortless swipe of bold liquid colour with a super glossy finish which lasts upto 8 hours. The shade we got within the box is Quiet Riot which is a beautiful, bold fuschia pink which can look red in some lights. The packaging is incredible and considering this is £21 to purchase from the Estée Lauder website, it’s crazy that we get four other products for £4?!?!
The fifth and final product within the box is the St. Tropez Gradual 4 in 1 Tan, Tone, Firm and Moisturise worth £20 (Look Incredible quote this as being £16 but it’s £20 to purchase). Now I don’t use tan so I’ll be passing this onto a friend that does but if you do like tan, this sounds like a really great product as it claims to help moisturise, firm and tone the skin whilst also providing a natural looking tan to the skin. St Tropez is such a well loved brand so I imagine this will be a very welcome addition to the box for those that love using fake tan.
So the contents of this box is actually worth £92, and not £84 which makes it even more of an amazing box! I love that the box features mostly makeup items as I personally prefer makeup over skincare, haircare and bodycare products. I cannot recommend Look incredible enough, but if you do like the look of the contents make sure you snap one up asap as they usually sell out pretty quickly which is understandable considering the amazing value for money.
I’d love to know what your favourite item is within this month’s Look Incredible Standard Box?
