Wet ‘n’ Wild Reserve Your Cabana Bronzer

Wet 'n' Wild Reserve Your Cabana Bronzer

The Wet ‘n’ Wild Reserve Your Cabana Bronzer is a product I’ve seen feature in endless YouTube videos and I’ve wanted to try it for such a long time. I noticed that Wet ‘n Wild is being stocked by Amazon UK so I decided I needed to try the Wet ‘n’ Wild Reserve Your Cabana Bronzer after hearing so many rave reviews.

Obviously here in the UK, we’re never going to be able to pay the low prices that the US does but it’s still cheaper to purchase via Amazon than it is to pay for shipping fees from a mail direction service. The Wet ‘n’ Wild Reserve Your Cabana Bronzer is a specific shade of the Wet ‘n’ Wild Color Icon Bronzer and there are two other shades; Bikini Contest and Ticket to Brazil and all three shades contain an SPF of 15.

Even though this claims to be a bronzer, it absolutely isn’t a bronzer even for those with skin as super pale as mine. Instead it’s actually an highlighter however as you can see in the photo above it’s impossible to capture on camera as it’s extremely subtle like the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders so it doesn’t impart any noticeable shimmer or shine to the skin, but instead it leaves the skin looks very radiant and luminous.

Due to how subtle the powder is, I tend to use a big fluffy brush and delicately dust it over my whole face as a last finishing step to give my makeup an extra glow. If you use a dampened makeup brush prior to apply the powder to your cheekbones, the glow is intensified and will resemble a conventional highlighter but I just love using it as an all over glow powder. I think some will find the effect to be too subtle, but sometimes you don’t want to resemble a roll of Bacofoil and this powder is ideal for those occasions. If this particular shade is too pale/subtle, the other two shades might be a better choice.

Have you ever tried the Reserve Your Cabana Bronzer?
