I have already revealed the contents of the Look Incredible Standard October Box here on my blog, and today it’s time for me to reveal the contents of the Look Incredible Deluxe Beauty Box October 2017 edit. The Look Incredible Deluxe Beauty Box is £35 a month and contains only full sized beauty products with 4-5 products every single month which are always worth considerably more than the £35 price of the box. I’m not gonna lie, it’s going to be extremely hard for them to beat the September Deluxe Box as it was absolutely incredible but yet again this month’s box is another winner, so please read on to find out what’s inside…
Kicking things off we have the Skin Doctors No More Pores Night Refiner worth £23.95. I’ve never tried anything from Skin Doctors before but I’ve read a fair few glowing reviews on their products. This is a refining cream which works overnight to reduce the size of your pores to create a smoother look to your skin, and contains Salicylic Acid which helps to both clear pores and remove excess oil whilst Glycolic and Lactic Acids help gently exfoliate and clarify to reduce pore size. It sounds like a wonder cream, and I really enjoy overnight skincare products so I’m looking forward to putting this through its paces.
We have a very exciting product next.. the Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eyeshadow Primer worth £17 which is one of the cult favourite eyeshadow primers of all time. Too Faced are one of my top three favourite beauty brands and I love that Look Incredible include their products within the boxes, especially something which is a massive bestseller for the brand.
I used to own this primer around four years ago but I never repurchased it because I had so many others in my collection but I’m delighted to have in back in my collection as it’s such a brilliant shadow primer which claims to lock down eye shadows and intensifies colour to ensure crease proof, fade proof, waterproof wear for up to 24 hours.
Then we have the Helena Rubenstein Collagenist Lip Zoom Replumping Lip Balm worth £34.99 within the Look Incredible Deluxe Beauty Box October 2017. I’ve never heard of this brand before but this balm is part of their Collagenist skincare range which works to stimulate the production of the five key structuring collagens responsible for the cohesion and firmness of the cutaneous tissue.
Pro-xylaneTM stimulates an intense production of key structuring collagens for a replumping action to help reshape youthful lips. Collagen microspheres infiltrate and plump the wrinkle furrow for an instant fill-in effect. I don’t have any lip issues myself yet, if anything I wish they were a little smaller but I think this will be a lovely lip balm all the same and the science behind it is really intriguing.
The final item in the Look Incredible Deluxe Beauty Box October 2017 edit is the Laura Geller Spackle Tinted Bronze Makeup Primer worth £25. Laura Geller has a massive range of primers and I’ve tried a large selection of them (Hydrating, Even Tone, Soothing, Fortified and Original) but never have I tried the Bronze Tinted Primer before.
The formula has the same features and benefits as the revolutionary best-selling Spackle, but now shimmers with a sheer bronze tint, soothes redness, gives a soft glow, and evens out your skin tone. The idea of using a bronze primer really didn’t appeal but this would totally work as a liquid bronzer for pale skin’s like mine as it contains a pretty shimmery glow whilst hydrating and prepping the skin like the ordinary Spackle Primers.
The total value of this Look Incredible Deluxe Beauty Box October 2017 box is £100.94 which is incredible value for £35, and I like this month’s theme of primers and prepping of the skin. I would love for you to tell me your favourite product from this month’s box in the comments below…
