Look Incredible Standard Beauty Box October 2017
My Look Incredible Box reviews are my most popular every month and it’s easy to see why when you consider how consistently amazing they are. In a nutshell, Look Incredible is an online beauty store which offers two different main beauty boxes every single month; the Standard Box and the Deluxe Box, with both boxes containing full sized products every month. The Standard Box is £25 whereas the Deluxe Box is £35 and I’ve just seen that they’ve launched another box; the Secret Platinum Box which is £65. If you’d like to see past Look Incredible boxes you can do so here, but they truly are the best beauty box available within the UK so read on to find out what’s inside the Look Incredible Standard Beauty Box October 2017 edit…
The first item in the box is The Body Shop Shea Exfoliating Body Scrub worth £15. This is the first time we’ve seen The Body Shop feature in the Look Incredible boxes I believe, and what a fab product to begin with as their body scrubs are some of the best I’ve tried. The Shea scrub contains real shea butter and lifts dead skin cells by gently buffing the skin. The scrub particles are abrasive enough to buff away dead skin cells whilst the shea butter helps to keep the skin softened and hydrated.
We then have the Living Proof Full Thickening Cream worth £23 which is a really exciting addition to the box as Living Proof are such an hyped up beauty brand right now. Look Incredible quote this as being only £14 on the menu card within the box, but it’s actually worth £23 according to the Marks & Spencer website so it’s even better value.
This is a lightweight cream that adds thickness to each strand to help fine, flat hair look, feel and behave like naturally full, thick hair. Powered by pbae, our patented volume-creating molecule, this product creates friction and texture between hair strands to give touchable, revivable, long lasting volume and creates touchable, thickness and volume that lasts all day.
Next up is the Lord & Berry Ultimate Lip Liner worth £11 in the shade ‘Bare’. It is formulated with macadamia oil and waterlily extracts, and enriched with LXB complex to soften and protect the delicate skin around the lips and offers the ultimate in blendability for natural lining, as well as being easy to use and comfortable to wear. I’m not the biggest Lord & Berry fan as they’re repeated so frequently within beauty boxes but this is such a perfect nude lip liner shade so I’ll definitely get lots of wear from it and it’s nice and creamy too.
I can’t believe this is the next item in the Look Incredible Standard Beauty Box October 2017 edit but it is… the Sleek Hypnotic Highlights Gift Set worth £13.99 – a gift set within a beauty box?! The set includes the seriously hyped Solstice Highlighter Palette which is worth £9.99 alone as well as the Sleek Matte Me Liquid Lipstick in the shade Shabby Chic worth £4.99. I’ve never seen a gift set within a beauty box before, but what an amazing set to get. I just love the Sleek highlighter palettes so this is such a great set to get within this month’s box and the liquid lipstick would go nicely with the Lord & Berry Lip Liner too.
The final item within the Look Incredible Standard Beauty Box October 2017 is the Clinique A Different Nail Enamel worth £12 in the shade Really Rio. I’ve only ever tried one Clinique nail polish before in a deep berry pink shade, but I really liked it so I’m very happy to have another shade to try especially as Really Rio is the prettiest coral shade which is my favourite kind of nail polish shade. Clinique describe their polishes as having a long-wear, chip-resistant formula for the perfect opaque finish in just two coats.
So they are the fabulous products within the Look Incredible Standard Beauty Box October 2017. I’m sure you’ll agree it’s one amazing line up, and I’d love to know which is your favourite product?
