Beauty Blender Midas Touch Set Review

There’s no way of avoiding the ‘Christmas’ word, so I’m fully embracing all things festive and the Beauty Blender Midas Touch Set £18 is the perfect stocking filler gift or secret Santa gift for any beauty obsessive. Three years ago I’d never have dreamed of using a sponge to apply my makeup but now I’d much rather use a sponge than use a brush and the Beauty Blender is my favourite beauty sponge I’ve ever tried.

There are many budget beauty sponges but none compare to the Beauty Blender, and I find that no other sponges last as well as my Beauty Blender either. I used to love the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge but they’ve changed the sponge material and they only last for around six weeks max which is awful at £6 a pop. Yes a Beauty Blender is £16 but my Beauty Blenders last upto a year with twice a week washes with the Beauty Blender Pure Solid Cleanser.

Christmas beauty ornaments are becoming more and more popular but they tend to only contain miniature sizes so this is a great option as the Beauty Blender is full sized, and the Blender Cleanser is a nice extra. It could be a good choice as a stocking filler or for a gift if you have a £20 gift budget for your friends/colleagues, and it’s already beautifully presented within the golden bauble.
