Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer

Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer - Vanilla T01 -Review and Swatches

I’ve never had the best of luck when it comes to Bourjois base products as their shades all lean so warm with very little in the way of pale shades. I decided to try the Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer £7.99 in the lightest shade after reading some rave reviews which described Vanilla T01 as being decently pale. There are only three shades to choose from which is pretty poor for a concealer so I have to admit I didn’t have high hopes that the lightest shade would match me but the formula sounded so ideal for my dry skin, I figured I could always mix it with my NYX White Pro Foundation Mixer if necessary to make it work.

Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer

Bourjois say;

Correction – radiance – skincare. It conceals imperfections, dark circles and puffiness for a fresh and radiant look. An instant skincare action: enriched with Mont Blanc glacier water & hyaluronic acid, it visibly smoothes away wrinkles and fine lines and hydrates the under eye area for up to 24 hours. Its plus: a melting texture for a fresh feel! Tip: thanks to its precise applicator, it can be used as a highlighter as well.”

The Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer has a really creamy consistency and feels very hydrating on the skin. I have to admit I did eye roll a little at the whole ‘Mont Blanc glacier water’ description but it genuinely does feel quite watery for a concealer, whilst also being pigmented enough to conceal imperfections.

The shade is relatively light but it’s not light enough for me to use straight from the tube as it leans pretty warm, but the subtle peachy tone lends itself well for counteracting any darkness in the under-eye area. I often struggle to find concealers to use under my eyes as my skin’s so dry it can gather around dry patches but this concealer is lightweight and forgiving with light to medium coverage.

I’m really trying to find a good quality white concealer which I could swipe alongside a darker concealer to lighten the shade as I like the formula of this concealer so much especially for £7.99; I just wish they had a better shade range as three isn’t very inclusive.

I would love to know if you’ve ever tried the Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer? Did you like it too?
