It’s very nearly Christmas and I only have a few Christmas gift guides left to post, and for today’s post I have a Under £20 Beauty Christmas Gift Guide where I’ve chosen some budget friendly gift ideas which would be fab as secret Santa gifts, stocking fillers or standalone gifts. There are so many gift guides all over the bloggersphere right now which can be a little overwhelming so I’m going to try and make this as succinct as possible and explain why I’ve included each of the items.
Under £20 Beauty Christmas Gift Guide
Sleek MakeUP Essentially Sleek Gift Set £10
I’ve chosen two Sleek sets for this gift guide as they’re such amazing gift sets for the price. It’s rare for drugstore beauty brands to do gift sets like this but these are both so affordable but they’re beautifully packaged with a great selection of products. This set contains a metallic, gold clutch purse with three makeup products which all fit nicely within the purse.
There’s a 5.5ml size of the Sleek I’m Conditional Mascara, a 3ml size of the Sleek Matte Me Lip Cream in Shabby Chic and a mini version of the Sleek i-Divine Palette in A New Day. I think this set is fantastic for the price and you’re gifting a gorgeous nude eyeshadow palette, a black mascara and very wearable nudey pink lip colour. It’s what I like to call a “safe” gift option as it’ll work for any age or skintone and to get three makeup products and a purse for £10 is such good value.
Sleek MakeUP Sleek Surprises Gift Set £16
This set is a little more luxurious for just £6 more, and is packaged within a lovely black and gold gift box. Inside the set there’s only full sized products; the Sleek Storm i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette, the Sleek Full Fat Lashes Mascara, Sleek Midnight Twist Up Eye Pencil and Sleek Aubergine Twist Up Eye Pencil. The eyeshadow palette is £8.99 alone, so to get a full size mascara and two eyeliners for £7 more is amazing. I love the i-Divine palettes so I know that by gifting this set, the recipient will be super happy with the quality of the eyeshadows.
Jelly Belly Lip Balm Set £10
This Jelly Belly Lip Balm Set is a great gift idea for teens, or even those that are younger than teens. It’s a set of 8 lip balms which are each scented by different Jelly Belly Bean flavours, with brightly coloured packaging. This is a really fun set with the following flavours; Tutti-Fruitti, Strawberry Jam, Very Cherry, Mango, Tangerine, Wild Blackberry, Buttered Popcorn and Berry Blue. I think this set would be great for splitting up and gifting them to multiple people as stocking fillers, and I think both young girls and young boys would be happy with these jelly bean inspired lip balms.
Real Techniques Brush Crush Contour Makeup Brush £12.99 + Blush Brush £12.99
When I saw the Real Techniques Brush Crush collection launch, I instantly bought the Contour Brush and Blush Brush as they were too pretty to ignore, and I wanted one pink and one purple brush from the collection. The brushes have a stunning glittery handle, a golden ferrule and ombréd bristles to match the handle colour.
They really are some of the most beautiful brushes I’ve ever seen and I’ve got the others bookmarked on the Superdrug website to snap them up but they’re constantly sold out. I think one of these brushes would be a lovely gift as they’re festive with their glittery finish, and the holographic packaging looks so pretty so they’re my next pick in my Under £20 Beauty Christmas Gift Guide.
RenuNail Nail Strengthener £19.99
This one might sound a little random but I think it’d be a really thoughtful gift so I knew I needed to include it within my Under £20 Beauty Christmas Gift Guide. Do you have someone that’s extremely difficult to buy for, as they have *everything*?! I think the RenuNail Nail Strengthener is a product you’d perhaps not want to purchase for yourself, but it’s one you’d really appreciate especially if they have weak and brittle nails.
It’s a nail treatment which you apply on to clean nails, every day for five days but you can use it as a base coat under your coloured polish too. I’ve never tried any RenuNail products before, but I know this is the kind of gift I’d really appreciate as my nails are awful and this bottle is absolutely huge so I think it’d last for a considerably long time too.
Makeup Revolution Life on the Dancefloor VIP Lipsticks £3
There’s so much buzz around the Makeup Revolution Life on the Dancefloor Lipstick and Eyeshadow Palette collection. Eyeshadow palettes can be tricky to buy for other people people if you don’t know their colour preferences, but I think this VIP lipstick collection is perfect as it consists of three nice nude shades. The packaging is so sleek with a glittery effect like the handles of the Real Techniques brushes, and who doesn’t want a gold glittery lipstick in their handbag?! I am so wowed by the formula of these too, so I’ll be sure to dedicate a full post to them with swatches.
So they are the products for my under £20 beauty Christmas gift guide. I’d love to know which is your favourite item?
