There’s one brand in particular which I’m always looking forward to checking out each September once the Boots Christmas range launches, and that is Soap and Glory. Soap and Glory are one of my favourite beauty brands and I love their festive offerings, even when I used to work at Boots in my late teens when it’d take me hours to stack the giftsets on the shelves. I was lucky enough to be given four of the Soap and Glory Christmas Gift Sets and I knew I had to dedicate a post to them, just incase you’re looking for gift ideas and want to see which products are inside some of their sets.
The first of the Soap and Glory Christmas Gift Sets I have to show you is the Soap and Glory Glow Maintenance Gift Set £18 which is packaged within an amazing black zippable travel bag, which opens up to reveal two compartments which surprised me. Within the lid there’s a zipped, flat compartment and the main section is zipped off with a clear window. It’s a really sizeable bag and not only do you get the bag, you also get six Soap and Glory products. The products are obviously fantastic, but the bag is such great quality and works fantastically for travel as you can separate your products and decent travel bags of this size are around the £20-£25 price tag anyway, so to get the products too is such a great deal.
Within the bag there is the Soap and Glory Bright & Beautiful Radiant Boosting Mask worth £3.50 which is a sheet mask containing vitamin C and a special white flower skin-brightening complex plus rooibos tea extract renowned for its energy-boosting properties. Then there is a 75ml size of the Soap and Glory Clean On Me Creamy Clarifying Shower Gel, a 75ml size of the Soap and Glory Scrub of Your Life Body Scrub, a 50ml size of the Soap and Glory Righteous Butter, a 50ml of the Soap and Glory Face Soap & Clarity Face Wash, a 50ml Soap and Glory Hand Food Hand Cream.
Next up is the Soap and Glory Pout-y Popper £6 which is somewhat unique as it’s a huge party popper crammed full of confetti, glitter and sequins which when exploded will reveal two mini 3ml Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Glosses in the shades Pink Stardust and Bare Enough inside. I have a nervous disposition so me and party poppers seriously don’t mix 😆 so this isn’t something I’ve kept as I hate anything that makes me jump but it’s such a cool and fun concept, and it’d be fun for Christmas parties or for New Year’s Eve.
The next of my Soap and Glory Christmas Gift Sets is the Soap and Glory Soaper Heroes Set £10 which is such a cute set if you have a £10 gift spend threshold. The set is packaged within a pretty, striped tin with pink tissue paper and a selection of mini products. The set includes a 50ml Soap and Glory Scrub of Your Life Body Scrub, a 75ml of the Soap and Glory Clean On Me Shower Gel, a 50ml Soap and Glory Hand Food Hand Cream, a 50ml Soap and Glory The Righteous Butter and an 8ml pod of the Soap and Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash and the Rich & Foamous Body Wash.
The last set I have is the Soap and Glory Glow All Day Palette £14 which isn’t a set as much, instead it’s a palette containing three eyeshadows, two cream blushes and a lipgloss. The palette is a little bulky for my liking, as there’s a lot of excess space which makes the palette much bigger than it needs to be. As it contains eye, cheek and lip products it essentially gives you a whole face of makeup especially as it has a mirror inside however it’s not very travel friendly. Ignoring the size of the palette, it’s still a beautiful palette and the shades are very pretty. The three eyeshadows are Moon Mist (cream with a satin finish), Minky (taupe shimmer) and Nudecomer (cool toned brown matte), the two cheek colours are Vintage Rose (a peachy pink) and Vintage Pink (a peachy coral) and the gloss is Down & Dainty (light pink).
Let me know which is your favourite of the Soap and Glory Christmas Gift Sets?
