I featured the Maui Moisture Revive & Hydrate Shea Butter Shampoo and Conditioner here on my blog recently, and they were the very first products within the Maui Moisture range that I’d tried. The Revive & Hydrate collection is designed for those with dry and damaged hair, and they are now available in handy 100ml size bottles which are perfect for travel. After enjoying the Maui Moisture Revive & Hydrate range, I couldn’t wait to try the Maui Moisture Nourish and Moisture Coconut Milk Shampoo and Conditioner £8.99 as coconut beauty products are my favourite.
The Maui Moisture Nourish and Moisture range consists of three products; a shampoo, a conditioner and an oil mist, and is designed for those with dry hair. If you’re new to Maui Moisture, they’re inspired by the handpicked and handcrafted ingredients which can be found on tropical islands such as Maui. Most shampoos and conditioners start with deionized, chemically treated water as their first ingredient but Maui Moisture starts with an unique blend of aloe vera juice and is infused with pure coconut water. Maui Moisture has six different haircare ranges to cater for all hair types and textures;
Curl Quench + Coconut Oil – for curly hair
Heal & Hydrate + Shea Butter – for dry, damaged hair
Strength & Anti-Breakage + Rich Agave – for chemically damaged hair
Smooth & Repair + Vanilla Bean – for frizzy, unruly hair
Thicken & Restore + Bamboo Fibers – for weak, brittle hair
Nourish & Moisture + Coconut Milk – for dry hair
“Weightless coconut milk infuses this light and creamy shampoo and conditioner blend along with sheer guava oil and mango butter. Use this lightweight blend daily without fear of built-up and give your hair a healthy glow and shine!“
I have a very dry scalp but very fine hair and many hydrating haircare products tend to weigh my hair down so it’s rare to find products which help hydrate my scalp and hair without weighing it down but this Maui Moisture Nourish and Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner does exactly that. It leaves my hair feeling light and bouncy, but nicely hydrated and amazingly scented.
The Maui Moisture products all smell incredible, and they remind me of holidays with their tropical ingredients. All of their products are free from sulfates, silicones, artificial colours, mineral oils, SLES and they’re vegan friendly too which is amazing as it’s so hard to find haircare products which aren’t loaded with nasties within the drugstore. Now I’ve tried shampoo and conditioner from Maui Moisture in two ranges, I’d really like to try some of their other products as I’ve been really pleased with the results and their divine scents, as I love products which leave my hair feeling and smelling amazing.
