Look Incredible Deluxe June Beauty Box 2018
It’s my favourite time of the month again, it’s time for me to reveal the contents of the Look Incredible Deluxe June Beauty Box 2018 edit. I can’t quite believe we’re half way through the year as it honestly feels like I was writing my Christmas gift guide posts a month or so ago, but alas it’s the middle of June. The Deluxe Look Incredible Box is £35 and contains 4-5 full sized beauty products with no miniature sizes or samples to be found which is why I love their boxes so much.
The brands which feature within the Look Incredible boxes are always well known, higher end brands such as Too Faced, NARS, Chanel, Tarte, Gucci, Urban Decay, Burberry, Benefit and MAC to name but a few. One of the reasons I stopped featuring Glossybox and Birchbox on my blog was the constant repetition of mini sized samples, so it’s amazing Look Incredible treats us to highly coveted brands with decent sizes.
The first product within the Look Incredible Deluxe June Beauty Box 2018 is a product which has been on my radar for some time now, so I’m delighted it’s included this month especially as it was limited edition when it launched last summer and you can no longer buy it.
The NARS Sculpting Multiple Duo Contour worth £29 is a dual ended stick with two different NARS Multiple Shades allowing you to contour with the deeper shade, and highlight with the lighter shade. The duo I got is the Copacabana/Sidari Beach Duo described as being a “shimmering pink silver/rose bronze” duo offering a sheer, powder-soft illumination.
Next up is technically two miniature sizes but the two minis count as one product and not a full product like the likes of Birchbox where they’ll include a 5ml sample as one of the main items. It’s an amazing Too Faced Primer duo with the Too Faced Shadow Insurance Primer and the Too Faced Glitter Glue Primer, both of which are 5mls each.
A full size Too Faced primer is 10.4ml so technically the two primers together constitute a full size Too Faced Primer worth £17, but this way we get to try the two different primer formulas which I love. I’m already a fan of the original Shadow Insurance so I’m really looking forward to trying the Glitter Glue as I’m obsessed with glittery eyeshadows right now. The card does say the primers are worth £26 collectively but they’re actually worth £16.34 for 10ml of product.
We have a product from Lancome for the next product; the Lancome Le Stylo Waterproof Longlasting Eyeliner in the shade Noir worth £19 which is a retractable eyeliner pencil. I use eyeliner every time I wear makeup so I’m always appreciative of a new eyeliner to try, especially when it’s black.
I hate it when beauty boxes include blue and green liners as they’re not the kind of liner you can wear everyday. The Le Stylo liners are described as being able to withstand everything from tears to inclement weather, with an easy glide, creamy texture that doesn’t skip, smudge or streak.
The next product within the Look Incredible Deluxe June Beauty Box 2018 is the Makeup Forever Artist Plexi-Gloss Lip Lacquer £18 in the shade Orange Coral 305, and I’ve already reviewed one of the MUFE glosses on my blog in the shade Light Rose so I know I love the formula already. This is such a gorgeous coral shade for summer, and it looks so shiny and pretty on the lips without being remotely sticky or tacky.
The last product within the box is an extra not included on the card so it’s an extra treat, and is the Florapy Strength + Energy Sheet Mask worth $8. We’ve had Florapy sheet masks in the box before, but I like that they choose different variations and it’s an extra product. It contains arnica rose and is infused with rose aromatherapy to awaken and revive the skin, combat puffiness and promote clean pores whilst rich hydration powers fight dryness and boost the skin for rapid replenishment.
So they are all of the amazing products within the Look Incredible Deluxe June Beauty Box 2018 edit. I’d love to know which is your favourite? You can subscribe to the box on the Look Incredible website.
