Vitage Advanced Antioxidant Skincare

I’ve seen Vitage feature quite a lot on Instagram but I’d never tried the brand for myself until recently. Vitage was created by Dr Patrick Bowler in 1998 and the range was designed to be one of the first gentle antioxidant ranges produced for the professional market. The range is fuelled by antioxidants and botanical ingredients, and claims to encompass everything you need for healthy, plumper and younger-looking skin. The Vitage Advanced Antioxidant Skincare collection consists of many different products for different skin types and skin concerns, all of which are available from their website and I’ve been testing a selection of the products on offer.

I was sent six different products but the Vitage Illuminating Tanning Drops £39 wouldn’t work for me as I don’t use any fake tan products at all, but the other five products are all suitable for my skin type. The Vitage Illuminating Tanning Drops are dispensed through a pipette and you can add a couple of drops to your moisturiser and the colour develops over 2-4 hours for a flawless, even, radiant and natural-looking glow. There are a lot of tanning drops on the market but these drops are unique as they’re fragrance free so you don’t have any awful biscuity scents and they’re also streak free which is exactly what you need when applying tan to your face as it’s not something you can easily remove.

The Vitage range is pretty extensive and I really like that the products are categorised into colour coded sub ranges such as Age Defence being blue, Repair being red, Vitamin C being yellow and Essentials are green. I think by having the ranges colour coded, it helps to tell them apart if you own multiple products and the packaging is so sleek with their vibrant coloured ‘V’ on the bottle to match the range they’re from.

The products are generally quite pricey, but it’s a professional quality brand created and endorsed by skincare experts. If you’re looking for a product to start with and you’re new to the brand, I’d really recommend the Vitamin C Tightening Serum as it’s a super effective, brightening serum which really helps with any discolouration but there isn’t one disappointing product within products I’ve tried.

I’d love to know if you’ve ever tried anything from Vitage skincare before?
