Feelunique have added some really exciting brands over the last six months, and they’ve now introduced a brand new section to their website; Spark Beauty. What is Spark Beauty?! Well Feelunique have created Spark Beauty in order to give us access to indie brands from overseas in one convenient place.
I have to admit, I haven’t dabbled very much with indie brands so the concept of Spark Beauty really does appeal to me, especially as you can shop from multiple brands on one site without paying multiple postage fees and Feelunique have good samples, free gifts and offers making it even more appealing. I was kindly given a selection of products to give me a taster of what I can expect from the new Spark Beauty, so I’ll give you a run down on the items and brands I have.

Ogee Sculpted Lip Oil £18
Ogee was founded by a collection of beauty and fashion leaders who created some of the world’s respected beauty brands. The Ogee brand is totally organic, gluten free, GMO free, cruelty free and plant powered. The Ogee Sculpted Lip Oil is a solid blend of Jojoba Oil and butters that melt instantly onto lips to moisturise and nourish, lightly infused with refreshing Peppermint Essential Oil to soothe. It can also be applied underneath lipstick for a layer of hydration. It applies a little like a lip balm, but it melts on contact with the skin to leave a light layer of oil on the lips making the lips super soft and supple, and I know I’ll get a lot of use out of it during the colder winter months.
“Our Sculpted Lip Oil moisturizes lips with a blend of organic oils including cold-pressed Jojoba Seed Oil. Lightly plumps lips with a refreshing infusion of organic Peppermint Oil. This cutting-edge formulation allows for the silky oil to melt onto lips, creating the perfect priming base before applying lipstick.“
O’o is a brand I’ve never come across before, but they’re an Hawaiian brand with amazing colourful packaging (this is a sample size). The Brilliant Feather Beauty Balm is a botanically active and highly rejuvenating miracle balm concentrate for anti-aging that can be worn overnight or during the day. Brilliant Feather is deeply hydrating, anti-inflammatory and protects against free radicals all while plumping and smoothing. Reduces fine lines and wrinkles, evens texture and minimizes blemishes. It sounds like quite the wonder balm, and one to have within your collection to treat a multitude of skin concerns. The balm contains the following ingredients;
Real Her The Spotlight Is On Me Highlighter
Real Her are described as being an empowering beauty brand created by a father for his daughter. The story behind the brand really is interesting, and I’d recommend reading more here but there are three different shades of the highlighter; Confidence in my Glow, Keep Going and The Spotlight is On Me which is the shade that I own. Confidence in my Glow is a copper highlighter with a buildable and blendable formula, and looks so stunning in the pan.
Clove + Hallow Lip Velvet £30
Clove + Hallow offer clean, cruelty free and vegan cosmetics and was created by a makeup artist. They are said to be revolutionizing clean beauty with products that are both swoon worthy and good for you. Their products are Made in America, but we follow the EU’s more stringent formulation standards to deliver high quality products with high quality ingredients, and are PETA certified. The Lip Velvet is a natural long-wearing matte liquid lipstick infused with coconut oil, shea butter and Vitamin E for a comfortably smudge-proof matte finish. There are 7 shades in total and I have the shade Fiesta which is a beautiful, bold red and the formula is said to be the cleanest long-wear liquid lipstick on the market.
I’d really recommend taking a look at the Spark Beauty section on the Feelunique website, and check out all of the amazing Indie brands on offer. Have you ever tried any of these brands before? Do you have a favourite indie beauty brand?
