Feral Cosmetics are a Los Angeles based, cruelty free and vegan beauty brand stocked by one of my favourite beauty haunts; Beauty Chamber. Feral Cosmetics currently have two different products, both of which are lip products; Liquid Matte Lipsticks and Ultra Satin Lipsticks and I’ve featured all of their other shades here and here. Feral Cosmetics have just launched six brand new shades to their Liquid Matte Lipsticks range, all of which I have to show you today. If you like a longlasting liquid lipstick, you simply have to try the Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks as they’re one of the longest wearing formulas I’ve ever tried and the new shades are very pretty.
“Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks are creamy smooth, fully opaque and dry matte with a touch proof finish. Long Lasting High End Formula. Cruelty Free & Vegan. All Feral products are free from any animal derived ingredients and they do not test on animals.“
Mochaholic – the darkest brown within the shade range so far, and is a warm toned chocolate brown.
Say I Do – described as being a special color for that special day and is a pretty medium pink, and my perfect everyday pink shade.
Sex on the Beach – a bright orange toned red inspired by watermelon.
Page Me 143 – part of the Feral Cosmetics nude collection, and to be is a cool toned nude which is bound to be one of the most popular within the range.
Rosé All Day – one of the perfect nudes, with a pretty pastel peach tone making it very pretty especially for paler skintones.
Unicorn Poop – the boldest of purples with a bold name to match.
The shades are all so intensely pigmented, although Unicorn Poop is the sheerest shade I’ve tried from Feral Cosmetics but I know purple shades are difficult to formulate. I am a massive nude lip fan so Say I do, Page Me 143 and Rosé All Day are beyond perfect for me but I like that they’ve included a couple of bolder shades alongside the pretty nudes. Even thought the Feral Cosmetics Liquid Matte Lipsticks last for at least six hours on the lips, I never find that they’re drying either making the formula a winner in my books. I prefer a satin finish for lipsticks as I hate how drying matte lipsticks can be, but these liquid lipsticks are the exception to the rule as they offer the longevity, and transfer-proof qualities without leaving your lips depleted of moisture.
I think £15 is a pretty good price too, especially when you consider ABH Liquid Lipsticks are £20 each yet I feel like the Feral Cosmetics formula is far superior. When it comes to removal, I have to use coconut oil as it is so longlasting so these lipsticks would be perfect for a bride or an occasion where you don’t have to constantly touch up. I really hope Feral Cosmetics continue to extend their ranges, as I’ve love their products and hope more people give their products a try as they’re well worth the money and I’d like to also see them perhaps create lip liners to match the corresponding liquid lipstick shades too.
