The Revlon ColorStay Lip Liners have been around for many years way before lip liners became so popular, and I’ve featured a couple here on my blog already. I was kindly sent a trio of the Revlon ColorStay Lip Liners by the Revlon team in the shades Blush, Nude and Natural but I already have the Plum shade too. There are six different shades to choose from in the UK however there are twelve shades in the US so I really wish they’d bring some more of the shades over to the UK as they’re such a good lip liner formula and they’re only £6.29 each.
“Perfect any lip look with Revlon ColorStay Lip Liner. Exclusive ColorStay technology with SoftFlex provides longwearing definition, helps lip color last longer and prevents feathering and bleeding. To create a polished lip look, define lips by applying ColorStay Lip Liner to the natural line of your lips. To further increase the wear of your lipstick, fill in lips completely with ColorStay Lip Liner and apply your favorite lip color.“
If you love a nude lip, these three Revlon ColorStay Lip Liners are a must have as they cover all nude lip bases. Blush is a very pretty light pink which reminds me a little of Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lip Cheat, Natural which is a brown toned nude and Nude which is a pale pinky beige shade. The formula of these lip liners really is great as they’re soft, but firm enough that they don’t crumble or break on contact with the lips. Blush and Natural are definitely matte but Nude has a glossy finish and is pretty much my natural lip colour in a lip liner form making for the perfect cliché ‘my lips but better’ look. They’re definitely one of the best drugstore lipliner formulas, and I like that they have a small nib as you can create a super precise and defined lip line, and as they’re retractable you don’t waste any product by sharpening them either.
I’d love to know if you’ve tried any of the Revlon ColorStay Lip Liners?
