Technic Get Gorgeous Highlighters – Periwinkle, Galaxy Girl, Canary Diamond and Virtuoso

One of my favourite budget highlighters is the Technic Get Gorgeous Highlighter, so whenever they launch new shades I know I have to try them. So far I’ve featured the original shade, the Bronzing shade as well as Pink Sparkle, Peachy Candy and 24ct (here) but depending on where you buy them, they’re around £2 to £4.50 for 6 grams of highlighter.

I tend to buy my Technic products on eBay as it’s always the cheapest place to get them and I did a post on the Technic Colour Fix 2 Palette here on my blog last month. The new Colour Fix 2 Palette and these new Technic Get Gorgeous Highlighters are definitely more unique than the typical highlighter shades, but they’re fun and would work well for any Halloween makeup looks you have planned.

The four new shades of the Technic Get Gorgeous Highlighters are described by Technic as being ‘out of this world’ shades, and they’re not the kind of shades I’d wear daily as they’re so bold and intense but they might work well for deeper skintones if you prefer a more unique highlighter shade. Each of the shades have the typical raised wave design on the pan, but this foursome have a crescent moon and stars to reflect the out of this world theme.

“We’ve extended our shade range of our Get Gorgeous highlighters with some out of this world shades! Their flawless glow is super blendable and highly pigmented, giving you that perfect, iridescent finish.”

Look at how intense and metallic these highlighters are! Canary Diamond is the most wearable shade from the foursome, and is a pale yellow toned gold with a slightly dusty formula but the other three shades aren’t at all dusty. Periwinkle is a pretty metallic lilac shade, Galaxy Girl is a light blue and Virtuoso is a straight up silver. I’m so impressed with the Technic Get Gorgeous Highlighters and if these shades aren’t for you, I can’t recommend the original shade enough as it’s so pretty and flattering on the skin for a natural yet radiant glow.

Have you tried anything from Technic Cosmetics before?
