Blackspade Pyjama Sets

Blackspade Pyjama Sets

If you’re still on the hunt for the perfect gift for the man in your life, I have a great gift suggestion from Blackspade. I hadn’t ever heard of Blackspade before until noticing them on the UK Lingerie website but they’re a Turkish based clothing brand. I always buy my other half pyjamas for Christmas and he does the same for me every year so I’m really looking forward to gifting him these Blackspade pyjamas sets as they’re really lovely quality. Blackspade offer nightwear and leisurewear for both men and women, and they have some really lovely designs for their sets.

Blackspade Mens Long Stripe Pyjama Set £51

This is the first of my Blackspade pyjama sets is this navy and red set, which was so hard to photograph as my studio lights made the colours so much brighter. In real life the navy is a dark navy shade, and the red is a deep berry red but the two colours really complement eachother very well. The set comes with a long sleeved top, and a long pair of trousers with a mix of 55% cotton and 45% modal which makes them so silky soft.

On the sleeve of both sets there’s a little branded oval plastic tag, and there’s the brand’s palm leaf logo stitched onto the front. The set has a v-neck style with three branded buttons in black, white and navy which are a nice little touch.

Blackspade Mens Long Pyjama Set £49

The second of the sets is a slate grey long sleeved top and black long sleeved trouser set which are a little plainer compared to the previous set as there’s no stripe detail or buttons along the neckline. The sleeve has the branded disc and a stitched, black palm leaf logo on the chest. Although this set does look plainer, it has a subtle leaf print design along the inside of the neckline at the back of the top.

Although this set is also a mix of 55% cotton and 45% modal, they don’t feel as silky as the first pair but they’re still very soft. In terms of sizing, I’d say they’re true to size but they don’t have a drawstring or adjustable waistband so you’d need to make sure you don’t size up too big or the trousers might be too baggy.

I’d love to know if you’ve ever tried anything from Blackspade yourself, or if you like gifting pyjamas for Christmas?
