I sometimes get surprise supplements sent to me through the post but I rarely feature them on my blog unless I know the brand well or the ingredients inside them. I don’t think you can ever be too careful when taking supplements. There are some companies which aren’t regulated and you can’t be sure what’s inside them, and I’d always recommend checking with your doctor prior to taking any vitamins or supplements if you aren’t sure. I’ve used Vitabiotics before so when I received a surprise package containing the Vitabiotics Wellwoman Energy supplements, I knew they were safe and I wanted to feature them on the blog as more of an informational piece using their wording from their website incase anyone’s been wanting to try them but this is not a sponsored post and it was my choice to feature them.
The Vitabiotics Wellwoman Energy supplements are available in two different flavours; Lime and Orange, and are £5.45 for 10 effervescent tablets. The supplements are targeted towards those that need an energy boost if you have an hectic life, late nights and travel. The Vitabiotics Wellwoman Energy supplements don’t contain aspartame, artificial colours or preservatives, and are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.

I have a few health conditions and take five different vitamins prescribed by my doctor due to deficiencies so I have to be careful with what extra supplements I take to ensure I don’t exceed the daily limits. Due to my prescribed vitamins I haven’t been able to try more than a couple of sips, but they don’t taste that bad.
I’ve tried tablets you put into water or squash before and they can be quite chalky but these aren’t as bad especially if you put them into orange squash. I think these these Vitabiotics Wellwoman Energy would be good over the Christmas season if you’re lacking energy, and they’re not too expensive either and I feel as if they’d be a more healthy option than taking Pro Plus or caffeine tablets.
Have you ever tried the Vitabiotics Wellwoman Energy supplements?
