One launch I’ve seen featured all over social media lately is the brand new ELF concealer. I’ve used and loved ELF ever since they were first in the UK and their website regularly had crazy discount deals with up to 70% off so I was gutted when they pulled out of the UK a few years ago. The good news is, ELF is back and we can now shop via their UK website or order from the Superdrug website, as well as shopping in Superdrug stores. The ELF 16Hr Camo Concealer is just £5 and has been likened in formula to the iconic Tarte Shape Tape Concealer.
ELF 16Hr Camo Concealer Benefits:
- The Concealer is available in eighteen different shades with the lightest being Fair Rose and the darkest; Rich Ebony.
- Concealer is packaged within a clear plastic tube with a large doefoot applicator and contains 6ml of product is more than the Revolution and Morphe Concealers.
- Offers up to 16 hours of weartime.
- Highly pigmented formula.
- Lightweight yet full coverage.
- Dries down matte without settling into fine lines or creases.
- Claims to have an oil balancing formula.
- Suitable for all skin types.
ELF Concealer Shades
Fair Rose, Fair Warm, Fair Beige, Light Sand, Light Peach, Light Beige, Medium Peach, Medium Sand, Medium Beige, Tan Sand, Tan Walnut, Tan Latte, Deep Olive, Deep Chestnut, Deep Cinnamon, Rich Chocolate, Rich Cocoa and Rich Ebony.
I have heard some amazing things about the ELF 16Hr Camo Concealer and I really can’t wait to give it a try. Everyone said the Revolution Concealer and Define Concealer was a Tarte Shape Tape Concealer Dupe but it absolutely wasn’t and was only similar in terms of having a large doefoot applicator. From the swatches and comparisons I’ve seen, the new ELF concealer looks really promising with its full coverage formula which supposedly works well under the eyes and over blemishes.
£5 is such a great price if the formula is a winner, especially as it contains 6ml of product whereas the Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer only contains 3.4ml. I appreciate Revolution have since launched a ‘Super Size’ edition but there should never been such a little amount of product in the first place. I can’t wait to try the new ELF 16Hr Camo Concealer and it’s available to purchase online now from Superdrug. I’ll be sure to write up my review once I’ve ordered my shade (Fair Rose) and given it a good try.
