Tarte Tarteist PRO Glow Liquid Highlighter

I couldn’t believe it when the Tarte Tarteist PRO Glow Liquid Highlighter featured within the Look Incredible Deluxe Beauty Box as it’s £25 alone, and the box is £35 for four full sized high end beauty products. I love Tarte products so I really was happy to be able to try the Tarte Tarteist PRO Glow Liquid Highlighter as it looked so pretty and I’ve never been disappointed by any Tarte products before. The highlighter is available in three different shades, and the shade included within the beauty box was Stunner which Tarte describe as being an opalescent highlighter.

Glow like a goddess with this creamy Tarte Tarteist PRO Glow Liquid Highlighter that builds from sheer to intense. Ultra-concentrated pigments & pearls are suspended in the hybrid gel-cream, oil free formula that you can mix with your liquid foundation or wear alone for naturally lit luminosity.

Infused with rose water, it slips softly onto skin & keeps moisture in with tapered, squeezable packaging to put the highlight exactly where you want it. You can also layer the superpigmented shades with their matching Amazonian clay 12-hour powder highlighters for a seen-from-space strobe.

The Tarte Tarteist PRO Glow Liquid Highlighter contains 15.9g of product within a gold coloured, squeezy plastic tube. I love a good liquid highlighter as they’re so flattering on the skin, and especially with my dry skin, powder highlighters can emphasise dryness or pores whereas liquid highlighters blend seamlessly into the skin. Tarte describe Stunner as being an opalescent shade but there is no opalescence whatsoever which is really strange.

Instead it’s a warm toned light gold with sparkle, and is very pretty but I feel as if it’d look prettier on deeper skintones than mine as it’s quite bold with a metallic sheen. I imagine it would look stunning on the collarbones and shoulders too as a little goes a long way with the liquid formula. There are so many rave reviews on the Tarte website if you want to see what others think too, but it’s an easy to use, versatile highlighter and I’m so pleased I’ve been able to try it thanks to the Look Incredible Deluxe Beauty Boxes.

Have you tried any of the Tarte highlighter shades?
