The Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation has been a popular foundation within the beauty community for years, and I featured their original Radiance Reveal Healthy Mix formula back in 2013. The Healthy Mix range has seen a number of incarnations since its original launch but Bourjois haven’t had the most inclusive range when it comes to their foundations and concealers.
However, Bourjois have definitely listened to customer feedback as their Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation is now available in a much more extensive shade range with fifteen shades, which I know isn’t as inclusive as Maybelline or Revolution, but they’re definitely moving in the right direction as they used to have around five shades when the Healthy Mix foundation originally launched. I ordered the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation in the lightest shade which is Rose Ivory 50 £9.99 and crossed my fingers it’d match me.
“Tired of looking tired? Bourjois Healthy Mix Anti-Fatigue Foundation gives you a rested, natural glow that will make your skin look healthy.
With its blend of vitamins C, E and B5, it instantly erases imperfections and signs of fatigue as well as boosts skin radiance for a fresh looking complexion. Your skin will be 70% more radiant than bare skin for up to 16 hours and will stay hydrated for up to 24 hours.
Moreover, thanks to non-comedogenic formula it will not block your pores. So, when you need beauty sleep results without the beauty sleep itself, boost your complexion with Healthy Mix Anti-Fatigue Foundation.
Its melting texture blends perfectly into the skin and stays comfortable all day. The medium buildable coverage gives a natural semi-matte finish immediately after application. Healthy Mix Anti-Fatigue Foundation from Bourjois is your new secret weapon to always look fresh and radiant!“

When I tried the original version of the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation, I had the lightest shade which was then 51 Light Vanilla but it was horribly orange and needed more lightening drops to foundation ratio wise to make it work for me. The Rose Ivory 50 shade however works really well for me and I feel like because the formula is more radiant with a medium coverage, you don’t necessarily need to have a spot on match as it’s a little more forgiving. I really like how sleek the bottle is, and the pump dispenses the perfect amount for a full face in just one pump and it has a strong fruity scent which is the case for the whole Healthy Mix collection, but I really like the scent although I know it won’t be for everyone.
If you have dry skin I really think you’ll like this foundation as it’s lightweight, dewy and beautiful. It never emphasises my dry patches and it always leaves my skin looking ‘healthy’ like the name suggests. It’s a bestselling drugstore foundation and I totally understand the hype as it never feels heavy on the skin but it still offers a decent amount of coverage.
This has become my go-to everyday foundation when I want my skin to look nice, and I don’t need lots of coverage but it can be built up for an even dewier, fuller coverage too. My favourite way to apply it is with a dampened BeautyBlender, and then set with the Morphe Continuous Setting Mist, and it lasts well throughout the day and for me it ticks all the boxes.
Have you ever tried any of the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation formulas before?
