Kiehls x Janine Rewell Advent Calendar 2019 Contents Reveal!

Kiehls are another brand with multiple advent calendars, just like Lancome and both brands have a Selfridges exclusive calendar. I’ve already featured the Kiehls Skincare Advent Calendar 2019 last week, and today it’s time for their second offering; the Kiehls x Janine Rewell Advent Calendar 2019. The Kiehls x Janine Rewell Advent Calendar as I mentioned above, is only available at Selfridges and it available right now for £125. This calendar really is special and unique compared to the many, many different advent calendars this year as it has a reusable element..

There has been one recurring theme for many of the 2019 advent calendars this year and that’s sustainability. There’s been a big push on recyclable calendars, and calendars that have been made with recycled components and this Kiehls offering is unlike any of the other advent calendars I’ve seen this year thus far. The Kiehls x Janine Rewell Advent Calendar is a collaborative calendar, that Kiehls have done alongside Janine Rewell; a Finnish illustrator.

The calendar is very special as it comes with a reusable, cotton pocketed calendar. The design is so beautiful, and it’s amazing that you can reuse the calendar to make your own advent calendars in the future. Reusable calendars are expensive in itself without even including products, and the design of this particular calendar is really cute. Each of the pockets have a pressed stud to keep it closed, and the pockets each have an illustration by Janine Rewell in a white and blue theme to complement the Kiehls branding. The calendar is a twelve day edition, with skincare contents and I have a full contents reveal so keep on reading to see which products are inside.
