Jessica Cosmetics Winter Essentials Gift Set

Christmas is my favourite time to be a beauty blogger and beauty obsessive, as there are so many amazing beauty gifts sets to choose from. Beauty gift sets tend to not only be so nicely presented, but they’re generally great value too allowing you to try multiple products from a brand in the one gift set. Jessica Cosmetics have a gorgeous gift collection for 2019, and one of my favourite picks from the whole collection has to be the Jessica Cosmetics Winter Essentials Gift Set.

Jessica Cosmetics Winter Essentials Gift Set

The Jessica Cosmetics Winter Essentials Gift Set is just £15.95 which I feel is a really great buy, especially from a prestige nail brand like Jessica. I first discovered Jessica Nails around ten years ago after purchasing their iconic Phenomen Oil which is one of the brand’s bestselling products. I particularly really loved the look of the Jessica Cosmetics Winter Essentials Gift Set as it contained the Phenomen Oil, as well as two other products. The packaging is really sleek, with a white cardboard gift box covered in gold foil stars, and even a red ribbon loop on the top, so you could hang it from the tree as a tree present too.

Stimulates like a massage, intensively conditions and softens cuticles as it promotes growth and strength of the nail. Heals and re-hydrates with natural jojoba, almond and rice oils. Excellent too, on elbows, feet, and knees – any rough, dry area that needs deep moisturizing.

The first product within the set is a 7.4ml size of the Jessica Phenomen Oil Intensive Moisturiser. This same size is available to purchase on the Jessica Nails website for £9.50, and the larger 14.8ml size is £14.50. The oil has a glass pipette which allows for really precise application, and is one of the thinnest consistency cuticle oils I’ve tried. It’s so easy to massage into the nails and skin, and it never leaves the skin feeling greasy or like you need to wash your hands after application either. It has the most delicious almond scent, and it’s an award winning product. I love how instantly nourishing it is on my cuticles, and because it’s so quick to absorb, you don’t have to wait around before applying your nail polish.

An extra rich moisturizing formula that conditions skin and adds softness. Used regularly, it helps prevent premature aging of the skin and loss of elasticity caused by dryness.

The second product within the Jessica Cosmetics Winter Essentials Gift Set is the Jessica Hand & Body Moisturising Emulsion 35.5ml which is £6.75 to purchase on the Jessica website. I’d never tried this product before and I don’t remember ever reading a review about it, so I didn’t really know what to expect. It’s the silkiest lotion that absorbs amazingly quickly.

The first time I tried it I was really surprised because I applied around a twenty pence piece amount on the back of my hand, lightly massaged it in and then screwed the cap back on. I then went to finish massaging the lotion into my skin, but it had already absorbed. It’s one of the most lightweight lotions I’ve tried and I would definitely repurchase in a larger size, and it has the same almond scent as the Phenomen Oil.

Jessica Cosmetics Winter Essentials Gift Set

The last product within the Jessica Cosmetics Winter Essentials Gift Set is a bonus item, and is a free Jessica Emery Board in a pretty gold colour. It’s a nice, large size and has the perfect coarse coating for gently yet effectively filing the nails and I feel like it’s the perfect product to accompany the hand cream and cuticle oil for a manicure. This really is a fantastic set, and it’s crazy that it’s only £15.95 as Jessica is such a luxurious brand.

You can purchase the Winter Essentials Gift Set on the Jessica Cosmetics UK website
