With Valentine’s Day less than a week away, I have a delicious gift idea from Cartwright & Butler to show you today. Cartwright & Butler are a luxury food and beverage brand best known for its delicious sweet treats. They have lots of amazing gifts that would work perfectly for Valentine’s Day, and any other occasions throughout the year. They have a lovely selection of gift sets and hampers for a more indulgent gift, but also products you can purchase individually that you could always use to create a bespoke DIY hamper for your loved one. I think a hamper like the Cartwright & Butler Salted Caramel Extravaganza Hamper would be a fantastic couple gift for Valentine’s Day or even as a wedding gift, as it’s something they could enjoy together.
The Cartwright & Butler Salted Caramel Extravaganza Hamper is £50 and it’s so beautifully presented within a mint green, metal picnic basket which you can purchase individually on their website for £15. It’s a really nice 36cm x 26cm size, and the lid closes tight to keep whatever is inside nice and fresh. You could reuse it for storage after finishing the hamper, and it’s a nice twist on the typical wicker baskets you see used for hampers normally. I don’t ever use stock images for my posts, but I wanted to include the image from the Cartwright & Butler website as it shows the hamper so beautifully, with the products included inside.
The Cartwright & Butler Salted Caramel Extravaganza Hamper contains:
- Cartwright & Butler Ultra Thick Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel Biscuits
- Cartwright & Butler Salted Caramel Fudge
- Cartwright & Butler Sea Salted Almonds in Milk Chocolate
- Cartwright & Butler Sea Salted Toffees
- Cartwright & Butler Sea Salted Caramel Shortbread
Cartwright & Butler Ultra Thick Milk Chocolate Salted Caramel Biscuits
“We took one of our classic salted caramel biscuits and covered it in the finest milk chocolate. We then took that and covered it in some more of that fine milk chocolate. And then, for good measure we covered it some more. The result a chocolate biscuit that’s one third biscuit, two thirds chocolate. And totally delicious. Available here in one of our signature, clip top tins.“
Cartwright & Butler Salted Caramel Fudge
“When we took our classic butter fudge recipe and added salted caramel to it we had an inkling that it was going to be good but even we were surprised at just how good.”
Cartwright & Butler Sea Salted Almonds in Milk Chocolate
“The finest Almonds sprinkled with sea salt before being coated in milk chocolate. A real treat that’s presented in our kilner style jar with ceramic lid.“
Cartwright & Butler Sea Salted Toffees
“Traditional English toffee has been enjoyed and celebrated for over 200 years now. A simple recipe of sugar and butter, that’s magically transformed into something utterly wonderful through the skill of knowing the ideal proportions and how to cool and pull it to achieve the ideal chewy texture. Using this as our starting point, we added a little sea salt, not to improve on tradition, but to create a new classic for tomorrow“
Cartwright & Butler Sea Salted Caramel Shortbread
“We used our classic shortbread recipe, of flour, sugar and loads and loads of butter. And then added chips of dark, salted caramel. The result, if we say so ourselves is a rather unique shortbread that’s sure to become a classical all of it’s own.“
Overall, the Cartwright & Butler Salted Caramel Extravaganza Hamper is such an amazing hamper with some seriously delicious treats inside. It’s the perfect hamper for anyone loves caramel, and I can’t wait to reuse the lovely hamper tin once I’ve finished the treats – I think I might use it store some of my nail polishes in. I love that you can create your own hamper via their website, by choosing which hamper basket, box or tin you want, and then the individual treats knowing the items you choose, are ones your gift recipient will love.
