I’ve really enjoyed trying more MUA products over the last six months, and they’ve launched quite a few launches since they transformed into a completely vegan beauty brand. I’ve tried a few MUA brow products thus far, but nothing has ever wowed me so when they relaunched their brow collection I decided to give a couple of products a try. The first product I tried was the MUA Brow Define Eyebrow Pencil, which is just £3 and it won an award in the Yours Age-Defying Beauty Awards 2019.

The MUA Brow Define Eyebrow Pencil is available in six shades; Fair, Light Brown, Mid Brown, Grey, Dark Brown and Black. I chose the shade Mid Brown as it looked like it had a cool undertone, whereas the other shades all looked quite warm apart from Black. The pencil is dual ended, with a retractable angled brow pencil on one side and a dense round brush on the other. The brush is a little strange, and looks like something you’d use for polishing your shoes. The brow pencil is teardrop shaped, and reminds me of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer.
The pencil is very soft, so I’ve been getting through it quite quickly. I know it’s only £3, but it’s almost half way through after only a couple of weeks so at this rate that’s a pencil per month which isn’t ideal. When you draw with the pencil and use the brush, it’s easy to smudge and blend within your brows as it is so soft but you do have to be carefuly how much pressure you use when using the brow brush.

You can literally wipe away the brow pencil strokes completely from your brows which I don’t think I’ve ever experienced with an eyebrow pencil before. It’s not a product I’d repurchase, but I do really rate their Brow Define Micro Eyebrow Pencil which is similar to the ABH Brow Wiz, and I’ll feature that one too, very soon.
