Pixi Hydrating Milky Lotion

I was kindly sent a selection of products from the Pixi Milky Collection, which featured the Pixi Hydrating Milky Lotion. I have already reviewed the Pixi Milky Serum, which I didn’t love but the Pixi Hydrating Milky Lotion is definitely a product I enjoy. If you want to find out all about the Pixi Hydrating Milky Lotion, keep on reading…

Pixi Hydrating Milky Lotion

“Achieve deep instant hydration as well as improved long-term skin moisture when you use Pixi’s Hydrating Milky Lotion for the face and body. Designed to deliver instantly improved moisture as well as long-term hydration. The deeply hydrating formula features a unique blend of Shea Butter, Coconut Oil and Cocoa Seed Extract. Other skin-loving ingredients include Sweet Almond Oil and Black Oat Extract.“

The Pixi Hydrating Milky Lotion is £24 and contains 135ml of product within a green, squeezy plastic bottle. As this lotion can be used on both the face and the body, you get a lot more product for your money. Normally moisturisers are around 50ml, so to get 135ml is very generous, especially if you only use it for your face as it’ll last a lot longer.

Something that amused me with this product, is the typo on the back of the label – ‘cononut’ instead of coconut. This milky lotion has a really lightweight consistency which makes it perfect as a morning moisturiser when you perhaps don’t want a super rich moisturiser under your makeup.

The lotion has a nice, almost sun cream kind of scent which I guess is down to the coconut. I have been using this every morning, and I really like it. It’s going to be so perfect and my go-to moisturiser for the summer months, as it’s so lightweight but it still imparts hydration in to the skin.

You can purchase the Pixi Hydrating Milky Lotion right here.
