Sanctuary Spa Complexion Perfecting Radiance Exfoliator

Within the beauty world, physical exfoliators are often frowned upon for being too abrasive, but sometimes you just can’t beat a good (gentle) scrub. The Sanctuary Spa Complexion Perfecting Radiance Exfoliator £10 is the scrub I’ve been using over the last few months, and I thought it was time I dedicated a whole post to it.

I have really dry skin, and prone to dry patches which I hate as they really affect how nicely my foundation looks. I use chemical exfoliators every day, but sometimes I need a physical exfoliator to slough away the dead skin cells, and they really do help with how even my skin’s texture is.

Skin polishing brightening gel with exfoliating apricot seeds, revitalising pineapple and brightening papaya & pumpkin. An effective & refreshing scrub to buff, brighten and smooth dull & tired looking skin. An intense blend of ultra-fine apricot granules & grape seed exfoliate & refine, whilst a trio of pumpkin, pineapple & papaya extracts help to leave skin looking radiant. Skin is left super smooth with a healthy looking glow.

The Sanctuary Spa Complexion Perfecting Radiance Exfoliator is showing up on the Boots website as not being available anymore, but I don’t know if that’s because they’re revamping their packaging as a lot of the Sanctuary skincare is showing as sold out. You can still find this particular face scrub on Amazon.

The directions of the Sanctuary Spa Complexion Perfecting Radiance Exfoliator are super simple. You just apply a hazelnut sized amount of the scrub to damp skin, massaging in upward circular motions and rinse off once done. The scrub is a brown coloured gel with lots of tiny exfoliative granules and when you’re massaging it into the skin, you can feel all the granules.

Some scrubs don’t have very many exfoliative granules, but the Sanctuary Spa Complexion Perfecting Radiance Exfoliator has a decent amount. I tend to use a smaller amount than recommended as my skin is more on the sensitive side, and I love how effective this scrub is.

It never leaves my skin feeling stripped, or red and it does a nice job at minimising my dry patches. I do like using a hydrating face mask after using it, but I like doing that after every manual exfoliator. If you like face scrubs, the Sanctuary Spa Complexion Perfecting Radiance Exfoliator is a really great scrub and if you prefer chemical exfoliators, Sanctuary Spa have one of those too.
