Wet n Wild Blossom Glow MegaGlo Highlighter Review and Swatches

The Wet n Wild Blossom Glow MegaGlo Highlighter is a product I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about, so when I placed an order on the Boots website for some Wet n Wild products, I knew I had to try this popular highlighter.

The Wet n Wild Blossom Glow MegaGlo Highlighter is just £4.99 and contains 5.4 grams of product within a clear lidded compact. Boots have two shades of the MegaGlo highlighters on their website, but there are a few more shades within the range, so you might find the full range in Boots stores rather than their website.

Shimmer and shine in all the right places with the same formula as our must-have MegaGlo Highlighting Powder. Its ultra-pearly finish and easy-to-blend formula makes it a fan favorite! The silky smooth, highly-pigmented powder gives an all over glow when applied to the cheek bones, brow bone, and cupid’s bow.”

Wet n Wild Blossom Glow MegaGlo Highlighter Review and Swatches

The Wet n Wild Blossom Glow MegaGlo Highlighter is one of the prettiest drugstore highlighters I’ve ever tried. It has the most amazingly silky, smooth texture which glides onto the skin like a cream.

The formula of this highlighter is what I wish Revolution would create, as their highlighters are often gritty and/or glittery, but there’s zero glitter within the Wet n Wild Blossom Glow MegaGlo Highlighter and it just looks stunning on the skin.

This swatch is quite intense, as I wanted to show how much of a glow it gives to the skin, but you can apply a much sheerer layer for a slightly more subtle glow, but it’s still beautiful regardless of how much you apply. In terms of shade, Blossom Glow is a slightly pink toned pale champagne, and it couldn’t be more perfect for pale skin.

If you apply it as heavily as I have in this swatch (nobody would), it does look too dark for my skintone, but applied more sparingly it looks seamless and it really is one of the prettiest highlighters I’ve ever tried, never mind just drugstore. The formula reminds me of the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfectors and it blows my mind that it’s only £4.99.
