Frezyderm Sea Side Dry Mist SPF50+ Review
Today’s post is the first in a whole series, where I’ll be reviewing different sun protection products. Now summer is merely days away, we are all looking for the perfect sun protection products. There are so many different formulas and products to choose from, so I thought this suncare protection series could be helpful if you’re wanting to try something new.
Frezyderm Sea Side Dry Mist SPF50+
The Frezyderm Sea Side Dry Mist SPF50+ is the first product within my series, and is available from BeautyBase.com alongside the rest of the Frezyderm product range. BeautyBase offer free UK delivery on orders over £45, with lots of well known popular brands.
Prior to trying the Frezyderm Sea Side Dry Mist SPF50+, I hadn’t ever heard of Frezyderm as a brand before. Frezyderm are a high quality skincare and bodycare brand, with a goal to make a difference in the daily lives of people by providing them with quality products.
The Frezyderm Sea Side Dry Mist SPF50+ is £22 and contains 300ml which is generous for a sun protection product, as you typically find products to contain 150ml to 250ml max.
I really liked the description for this particular product as it offers very high SPF50+ protection, which is my preferred SPF factor as I’m very pale and practically burn just watching the weather forecast.
This Frezyderm Sea Side Dry Mist SPF50+ is actually an award-winning all over sunscreen mist which combines ease of use with very high SPF 50 protection. It is designed to be suitable for children and adults, and offers effective protection against skin ageing and free radicals caused by UVR sun exposure.
The formula is water resistant, making it perfect for use on the beach where there is intense sun radiation and high humidity. Its innovative airless packaging, with a special valve, ensures an easy and even application and facilitates uniform and continuous spraying.
I love the pump on the bottle, as it does an amazing job at spraying evenly over the skin and you can hold the pump a little for a smaller amount of product, or hold the pump firmer for more product, allowing you to control how much product you use.
It has a very lightweight, thin milk-like consistency that almost feels like an oil but as you massage it into the skin it practically disappears without ever feeling greasy, sticky or heavy. So many sun protection products claim to be a dry mist, but they rarely are. However, the Frezyderm Sea Side Dry Mist SPF50+ is the best dry mist formula I’ve ever tried.
The Frezyderm Sea Side Dry Mist SPF50+ feels like a body oil more than it does sun protection. It has a very subtle scent which is barely noticeable, but still pleasant, and is just so quick and easy it is to apply.
Although none of us will be heading off on holiday just yet, this would the perfect sun protection for a beach as the sand wouldn’t stick to the skin and it would offer amazing protection too.
