Aldi Lacura Beauty Haul August 2020

Everyone raves about the Aldi beauty range, but I haven’t tried any of their products in a few years. I had no idea you could order via the Aldi website, so I made an order for an Aldi Lacura beauty haul online.

It’s been such a long time since I shared a haul on my blog, I thought I could show you what I bought incase you were wondering what beauty treats they have on offer. I am going to review everything I bought so keep an eye out for lots of reviews in the near future.

Aldi Lacura Beauty Haul

I have an Aldi store very close to my house, but it never has the beauty range available so being able to order via the website is ideal. They are always, always changing up their stock so if you like the look of something, I’d recommend snapping it up asap if you’re tempted, as their turnover of products is crazy.

So many of the products in my Aldi Lacura beauty haul are clearly trying to be dupes of higher priced products and brands. So much so, I have some comparison dupe posts coming up where I’m going to compare the real version with the Aldi alternative to see if theirs is better for a much lower price?

First thing I got is the Aldi Lacura Q10 Renew Multi Intensive Serum which is clearly trying to copy Nivea with the whole Q10 vibe. The packaging is remarkably similar, and this serum was just £2.99. £2.99 for a 50ml serum blows my mind, but I can’t wait to see how it compares to Nivea.

I got another Nivea Q10 inspired product too, with the Aldi Lacura Q10 Renew Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream which is the cheapest night cream I’ve ever seen. I’m not joking when I say this, but it is £1.45 which is crazy. It has over 85 rave reviews on the Aldi website, and I’m interested to see what it’s like for an under £1.50 moisturiser.

Next in my Aldi Lacura beauty haul is the Aldi Lacura Daily Cleansing Pads which are screaming Nip & Fab with their Glycolic Fix Cleansing Pads. These Aldi pads are £2.49 for 60 pads, whereas Nip & Fab charge over £10 for theirs – comparison post coming soon!

My next product in my Aldi Lacura beauty haul is something I’ve seen people rave about for a very long time, but I’d never tried myself until now. It’s one of their Hotel Collection Luxury Hand & Body Washes, which are said to be amazing dupes for Jo Malone. I chose the Pomegranate one and it’s only £2.49, and I have a full post coming but I’m smitten and want all of the other scents now.

These products don’t really slot into the whole beauty haul vibe but I got the Aldi Hotel Collection No16 Oud & Bergamot Luxury Candle and the matching Aldi Hotel Collection No16 Oud & Bergamot Luxury Reed Diffuser. The diffuser is £3.99 and the candle is £3.99 too, and oh my gosh they smell incredible and smell as good as any highend brand.

Next in my Aldi Lacura beauty haul is the Aldi Lacura Highlighter Stick which is £2.99 and my first Aldi Lacura makeup product in a few years. This is such a stunning highlighter stick, I don’t know how they do it for £2.99.

Then we have the Aldi Lacura Eye Moisture Boost Eye Cream which is £3.99 and clearly trying to copy the Clinique Moisture Surge Eye Gel, and to complement the eye cream, I got the matching Aldi Lacura Moisture Boost Hydrating Gel Moisturiser which again is a Clinique Moisture Surge dupe for just £4.99

The last item in my Aldi Lacura beauty haul is the one I’m most excited about, and I can’t wait to write a whole post on it either. It’s the Aldi Lacura Caviar Illumination Anti-Age Night Cream which is £6.99 and a potential La Prairie dupe, and it’s incredible.

I really hope you liked reading my Aldi Lacura beauty haul and looking at what I bought, and I’ll be sure to feature everything individually very soon.
