If I had to choose one skincare range regardless of budget, which I had to use for the rest of my life, it would 100% be the Clinique Moisture Surge collection; I just love it. The Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask is my holy grail face mask, and I’ve tried almost every product within the collection. I’d received a sample of the Clinique Moisture Surge 72 Hour Auto Replenishing Hydrator in a Feelunique order, and I loved it, so I had to purchase the full size.
Clinique Moisture Surge 72 Hour Auto Replenishing Hydrator
“A refreshing gel-cream moisturiser with activated aloe water helps skin create its own internal water source to rehydrate itself. Delivers an instant moisture boost. Enjoy 72 hours of non-stop hydration, even after washing your face.
Advanced hydrator with Auto-Replenishing Technology helps to locks in all that moisture for an endlessly plump, dewy, healthy-looking glow.“
The Clinique Moisture Surge 72 Hour Auto Replenishing Hydrator is available in multiple different sizes;
- 15ml £12
- 30ml £25
- 50ml £37
- 75ml £46
- 125ml £74
The Clinique Moisture Surge 72 Hour Auto Replenishing Hydrator is packaged within a clear plastic jar, with a silver lid, and inside the jar there’s a white plastic secondary lid to protect the product. This Clinique Moisture Surge 72 Hour Auto Replenishing Hydrator has a gel cream formulation with a very, very subtle fresh scent and it feels like water as you massage it into the skin. Whilst it feels extremely lightweight as you massage it into the skin, it seriously delivers on hydration.
I like that I can apply a light layer under makeup without any balling up, but in the evenings I can apply a more generous layer for a more intensive hydration hit if I’m not using the Overnight Mask from the same range.
It does an amazing job at hydrating my skin, it plumps dehydration lines and leaves my skin looking so glowy and radiant. Clinique has just launched a brand new product in the range; the Moisture Surge Intense 72H Lipid-Replenishing Hydrator which I haven’t yet tried, but I’m excited to give it a try and see how it compares to this original Clinique Moisture Surge 72 Hour Auto Replenishing Hydrator.
I also purchased the Aldi Lacura Moisture Boost Moisturiser which is obviously trying to ‘dupe’ the Clinique moisturiser, and I have a comparison post between the two coming very soon. If you’ve tried the new intense version of this moisturiser I’d love to know you thoughts, is it worth a purchase?
