I raved about the Laura Mercier bath and body collection right here, in my post all about their Body Soufflés. The Laura Mercier Hand Cream Quartet is a set I purchase most years whenever Laura Mercier launch their Christmas collection.
I wasn’t going to purchase the Laura Mercier Hand Cream Quartet this year, as I purchased the Body Soufflé Quartet in the same scents as the hand creams, and I figured I could use them as hand creams too.
However, the Laura Mercier Hand Cream Quartet was heavily discounted on Black Friday weekend, and it was too good a deal to pass up. The full price of the set is £34, which is an increase on previous years when it’s usually £27. I managed to snap it up for £20, which is a saving of £14 which was too good to refuse.
Laura Mercier Hand Cream Quartet
Everyone raves about Laura Mercier makeup, but their bath and body products are so lovely and luxe. I am particularly obsessed with their Ambre Vanille fragrance, and the Laura Mercier Hand Cream Quartet features four miniature hand creams in their four bath and body fragrances.
Inside the set there are the following hand creams;
- Ambre Vanille – The quiet sensuality of amber blends with the warmth of vanilla, and is enhanced with fresh notes of tangerine and tiger orchid, the delicious essence of almond and brown sugar, and a final hint of musky sandalwood for a finish that is soft, intimate and absolutely addictive.
- Almond Coconut – This warming fragrance captures the essence of almond, coconut milk, jasmine, rosewood, ylang-ylang, vanilla, tonka, heliotrope and musk.
- Creme Brûlée – This aromatic fragrance captures the essence of warm caramel, spun sugar and French vanilla bean.
- Fresh Fig – This unique scent envelops a fresh, clean aroma made up of fresh fig and sweet apricot nectar.
I love all four scents, especially the gourmand Ambre Vanille, Almond Coconut and Creme Brûlée scents. Fresh Fig is my least favourite, but it’s a lighter, fresh and fruity scent which is perfect for the days you don’t want a strong fragrance.
I have raved about these hand creams before, but they really are so nice. They’re hydrating and nourishing, leaving the hands feeling silky without any sticky residue.
They’re very heavily fragrances, so if you don’t like heavily fragranced hand care products, you might want to skip the Laura Mercier Hand Cream Quartet. I personally love how strongly scented they are, and they’re just such a treat to use, and the 30ml sizes are ideal for throwing in your handbag.
